We were referred to this business by our kitchen design company. We purchased 10 items for our upcoming renovated kitchen and laundry. Darren was amazing! He was highly knowledgable and he gained our trust quickly. We never felt as though we were being up-sold, rather we were being advised based on our needs and budget. I recently bought a fridge/freezer from Ferges Betta and the service was impeccable. Darren and team were really helpful and the delivery guys were great too. I'm really glad I chose to support a locally owned business and I will try to do that more often instead of using the national chains.

These guys were legends! My fridge was dying so Darren and the team organised a new one to be delivered the very next day + organised the removal of old one - too easy! Super knowledgeable and super efficient and friendly. Thanks heaps:)

Went to buy a new washing machine ,we were served by Brady,his service was excellent and he was very helpful in what we needed and explained everything to us,highly recommended Fergies Launceston,also the delivery was very good, they delivered the new washing machine and took the old one away

During extensive renovations to our home we have dealt with Darren at Betta Electrical in Launceston and have found him to be very helpful throughout. He has excellent product knowledge and has advised me on several products which I am very satisfied with . He has also recently been able to help a friend of ours from interstate with replacement product at a rental property here, makes shopping very easy , and is a polite, friendly and helpful young man. Would certainly recommend contacting him anytime , and will certainly deal with him for future purchases.

Highly recommend Darren at betta! He looked after me when I bought a new oven couple years ago and just recently came back to buy a new fridge due to the excellent service and product knowledge that he provides. The service I received from Darren was exceptional. I purchased a Robotic Vacuum online, I planned on going into the store after work on new years eve to collect. I received a phone call from Darren, informing me my purchase was ready for collection. Unfortunately due to the store closing early, I would not be able to collect my Vacuum after work. After a quick discussion, Darren went above and beyond, hand-delivering my Vacuum to my workplace after the store had closed, in his own time. Of course he did not have to do this, however it was so appreciated and that is the kind of customer support, and service that will ensure I continue to patronise Fergies Betta Home Living well into the future. 😀

Darren and co have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Having recently moved from Sydney, I've needed to start again and live in a fairly difficult-to-reach spot on a top floor. Due to a bad back, Darren organised delivery, installation and looked after my TV's, Fridges, Washing machines and dryers. I can’t thank Darren enough!! I went in store to enquire about a product accessory as a Christmas present on a Saturday. Darren was in touch every step of the way with updates on where the item was and when it was in store ready for pick up-all within a week! Totally blew me away in being able to get the item in at such short notice just in time for Christmas. Even though he was not working the day I picked it up, Darren had left enough details with the item for his co-workers to know what was going on and help finalise the transaction.
