It's Black Friday and it's really a busy day. But thank two beautiful clerks helped me to get my MacBook. Kaylah and Mon assisted us in a very quick and clever way that we didn't need to wait for a long time. They are the the best and also beautiful. Thank you. 🫶🏻

Bought the kids a phone each, they were fairly priced. It's hard to get staff assistance though.

I bought a blender that had a charging problem, the store replaced it but the second one had a different problem, so the JB Hi-Fi staff recommended a different brand of blender which they sold to me at a discount to make up for the inconvenience. Terrific service from everyone involved, and I really like my new NutriBullet blender.

We had a problem with a questionable product, staff dealt with it in a very fair manner. I don't usually like big box retailers, however based on this experience I would shop there again.

Just bought a home security system. Excellent, very knowledgeable service from Kayla and Luke. 2 other assistants asked if I wanted help as well. 😁 thanks :-)

Today I had the pleasure to be assisted by Michael at the Launceston store, he went out of his way to assist me, 10 out of 10. Unfortunately a customer standing behind me nearly on top of me, was very rude and abusive to Michael. Michael kept his cool and was very nice to the horrible man, unfortunately his request that JB HiFi is unable to do for the man, fortunately other customers heard this man's antics, and mentioned how rude this man was to Michael. Keep up the good work, I certainly will be a loyal customer .

Such friendly staff and the best door greeters/security I have ever seen, just so warm and welcoming. The store is very well set out and mostly easily navigate for those with mobility devices or issues. Great range of nerdy stuff like action figures, shirts, toys etc as well as video games and the electronics, phones and accessories you'd expect.

The store manager Greg helped me fix something on my invoice on a previously purchased item. He was very helpful and provided great customer service. We will keep going back to jb hi fi.

Visited this morning. Security gentleman friendly and directed me straight to the item I required. Lovely and friendly young lady at "pay" counter. I love this store as all their staff go out of their way to make you feel " important ".

Got everything I need and expect at a tech store.

Brought a coup of dvd, 20% off which I thought was good. Servive was quick and friendly, range of collectables is steadily growing every time I go in.

Went in for a power cable for an appliance, and staff were happy to help and no fuss even though they were busy 👍

The team at JB Hi-Fi have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! A big shoutout to Jesse who has helped us out on a couple of occasions now and has given us an amazing customer service. Wish I could give more than 5 stars - highly recommend! ☺

Enormous range and very good prices, plus they always seem to have pretty much everything in stock. Staff are exceptionally friendly and really know their stuff. Have bought heaps of things in here and they never try and cajole you into buying something more expensive than what you need/want.
