We went foe the bluey workshops and the kids loved it, staff were so friendly and helpful

My husband and I purchased a wood fired pizza oven last week and was putting it together today only to find that the fire bricks were broken. We were directed to the outdoor living area where we were greeted by the loveliest young lady called Jacqueline. Nothing was a problem for her and she was so engaging. Please pass this message on to her as she is a huge asset to your company.

The best Bunnings store for ‘service’, I have ever been in to. From the first day meeting Adrian in flooring. Adrian was knowledgeable and helpful. Lisa from kitchen, who helped me get through my incredibly long home renovating list, with patience, encouragement and honestly the best service ever (ps it was her birthday). Mario who helped me with all my timber needs with great advice and ideas. Andrea in trade who was sheer joy, had a massive smile and made being at Bunnings all the nicer. And last but not least, Tommy in paint… in 5 minutes, I had everything I needed, sound advice, a great smile for the end of the day and just energetic and knowledgeable. Thanks Bunnings, you really showed up for me in this extremely stressful week. 10/10

Layout allows you to get what you came for easily and throws up ideas for what you might need in addition to get the job done.

Fantastic service yesterday from Bunnings staff. A tall young guy in garden power equipment and the lady at the customer desk were friendly, helpful and very understanding with my whipper snipper problem. I love Bunnings, staff are always happy to help novices like me.

Awesome store. Great layout, plenty of parking. Good service. Twice as big as the kings meadows store, but takes a bit longer to get thru the city. The intersection in and out is always slow

Had a coffee and snack at the cafe to quell our morning caffine fix. Was busy in the cafe, 11am, but worth it. Service was good, coffee was good and 1 slice of sour dough raisin toast was excellent.
I didnt see many/any differences to our regular Bunnings on the mainland. Maybe just the species of plants in the nursery. Carpark was not full given the time of day and time of week.
Overall, for a quick visit, was great. We visited on a Monday during school holidays.

Awesome A team at bunnings today.....seamless exchange for a grass trimmer, from the chap at the entrance to the young lady at the returns counter....thankyou they were efficient, helpful and kind. I then had a great experience when I went hunting for a vacuum....the lady there asked why and other questions which led me to the tool shop for a small industrial wet and dry vacuum....thankyou to all the staff I encountered....all were helpful, calm and polite.

Best service ever! Called about a heater and the man Michael went above and beyond to physically look for the product for me before I had to drive half hour to the store. The lovely girl (forgot her name!) helped me get the box down from the shelf as I was too short to reach it without any complaints and was so friendly. They have such a range of products and the best staff I have encountered ever!

Always have a great time at bunnings all the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable which is very hard to find now.

This is one of the biggest and most organized bunnings I have ever seen. Very helpful staff and fair prices

Friendly helpful staff support, they love chatting with their customers and always keen on knowing what your after and how they can contribute. Amazing place for me
