Very impressed by the customer service. I went in today to the boland street store and was greeted by a very friendly staff Member named Luke at the counter. Very enthusiastic and had great energy for being in customer service. Makes a big difference when a staff member is friendly, positive and bubbly.

Great store with a huge variety of reasonably/discount priced items, including gardening items plus bulbs and seeds; cleaning products; homewares; storage solutions; kitchen, bathroom and laundry items; cleaning products and accessories; pet food, treats, beds, toys and accessories for your cat/pooch; arts, crafts, and associated supplies; wool; books and activity books; Easter Eggs (obviously seasonal); chocolates, lollies, biscuits and treats; cold drinks; cards, gift wrap and giftbags; batteries and chargers, and so much more! Free boxes available, take your own bags, or purchase reasonably priced reusable bags instore. Always ample staff, happy, knowledgeable and willing to assist with any enquiry you may have. Ample free parking right outside the door, with Disability and Click & Collect parking also available. Great store, great staff, top service!

Sensible dog owners' haven - robust beds, leads, collars, feed containers and chewy toys at low prices. For people who don't believe in spending more on the dog than the people.

I enjoyed my visit here, a large spacious store with lots to chose from. Finally I was served by a young man who was sincerely friendly, courteous and polite. My wife and I were very please by his customer service skills, making us want to return there again.

Great discount store, easy parking and cheap prices

The iconic green and orange logo looks down upon me as I enter the store, I swiftly apply chlorine-scented sanitizer and begin an epic adventure.

I'm immediately greeted by overpriced socks, out of date candy and school supplies, the experience couldn't be any better. But there's only one thing I came here for, and I know I'm going to need luck on my side if I want to find it.

The smell of cheap plastic leads me towards where I need to go, the toy section. I start to study the shelves, I try not to lose hope, but it's not there. "Will I ever find it?" I think to myself. But then, out of the corner of my eye, I see something.

Hidden behind knockoff Rubik's Cubes and two dollar slime is what made me come to Shiploads in the first place, Dinosaur Age Sticky Ball Splat Balls.

Can always find something to buy, walk in thinking i only need a couple of items, and then can end up needing a basket. Check out the xmas range, beautiful, only wish i had some little kids to show it off too!

Shiploads offer really great items at low prices often less than cost. Some are parallel imports and some are very unique, functional necessities for the home. A wide range of great value products.
