Today I was served by a woman with the best and most genuine customer service care I have had the pleasure of receiving in quite a long time now.
I believe she to have been the assistant manager or something like that but anyway she was just brilliantly helpful.
She really stands out from the rest ✨

They all young and trying their best. But in comparison with many other places, these guys are very polite, deliver a great service and the food comes out just as you want it. They are professional and lovely. That's all one can ask for. Coming from abroad and having lived so long in Sunshine Coast, im soo glad these guys are awesome!

Although a cheeseburger looked nowhere near as good as the photo it was overall a good experience (to grab food and run)

I had a very nice breakfast roll and an iced coffee it was beautiful

Great food with caring service. They came out to the car to explain an error with our order due to no raspberry and custard pie to fill our order. Easily remedied with an apple one to replace the out of stock item . The order came out in very quick time.

Although busy, service was good and staff friendly. Good Manager

Always get amazing coffees here, the baristas are so good at their job. The food is good too and wait time is suprisingly short. Drive thru service is fast just like it should be. Even if you are asked to park in the waiting bay, the wait isnt too long

It was better than perfect today. Sometimes they are not so good but I guess a lot depends on the person serving you and today that young bloke was extremely helpful and had lots of knowledge about hidden offers / specials. And it was very quick, maybe because I came just before lunchtime. Anyway 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

All the bad reviews I've seen are literally no to do with the specific store... Never had a bad burger here! Melbourne air port suck but this place is prime. Don't be a toy.

It was just what I needed for lunch and a nice ice coke on a hot day was prime. Very good friendly atmosphere 👌

I ordered an iced latte, and it comes out as a iced latte with syrup. Definitely it’s their standard that I am not aware of. But the young lady at the cafe changed it for me still. That was really nice of her!

Amazing customer service from a young fella named tom, super cheerful, a bit of banter, and just a great customer experience.

Food was quick, well cooked and very fresh, overall just a great time

An easy getaway for me and families. one of the most beautiful and neatest McDonalds branches in Launceston and just 5 to 10 mins for residents living close by in Kingsmeadows. I just need a excuse to get out and grab my favourite mac's.

My Fillet-O-Fish had the perfect amount of squish, will definitely be back for another dish.

The young man who served me was a trainee and his attitude was brilliant. The wait time was short and the atmosphere was friendly.

Almost everything is cheap and its great arrived during busy period after highschool finishes but only had to wait under 5 minutes and still taste amazing! You should try the raspberry and blueberry fanta only $1 or $2 with icecream hknestly taste delicious!!!

Love this Maccas. It's my favourite store in Tassie. Michael who takes care of maintenance and store cleanliness is an absolute gem! He makes the entire experience!!

Wonderful day and Wether, enjoyed the kids area where my granddaughter made playdo held a red bird petted a sheep and generally had fun in a safe area where I could sit for a while 😊

McDonald is Mcdonald. Nothing really expected, just a place Kids always want to go. Among all the McDonald in Launceston, I suggest this is the best one, among the facility, cleanliness and the customers. Service is .... McDonald's service, dont expect too much but they are pretty friendly.
