Very professional, very helpful and friendly. We needed to store some items we do not need while travelling to free up space in the canopy of our ute. Darren assessed our needs and advised accordingly. We selected a size locker appropriate. The registration and payment paperwork was explained clearly; the continuation and termination of the lease is very flexible. I highly recommend them.

Darren and team really look after the place which is kept in superb condition. The storage is well maintained and there are usually a lot of different size options - current demand means you may need to be waitlisted so get in early if you need a space!! Great to deal with and I highly recommend. Will certainly use again if I have a need. Well done team! :)

Best storage service at Port Douglas!

Darren assisted in storing my tinny on short notice and was very helpful, even imparting some of his local fishing knowledge. I would not hesitate to use Port Douglas Storage in the future.

Found Darren extremely helpful, he went out of his way to meet my requirement for storing my Caravan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He showed us where to 'park' the Caravan and assisted me with reversing the Caravan on the correct spot.
If I ever need to store my Caravan near Port Douglas, I will definitely store it there again.

We recently stored our caravan with Port Douglas Storage and found the whole process of booking it in painless. We decided to pay month by month as it was cheaper. We had the van for sale and luckily sold it within a week. Darren at Port Douglas Storage cheerfully refunded the balance of the months fee saving us $85. Would highly recommend their service.

Darren was very lovely and helpful and the security of the place is fantastic you can rest easy knowing youre belongings are safe and sound while in storage easy access to sheds from vehicle and everything stayed dry and nothing went mouldy in the 3 months I had my stuff there.!

We moved from Hobart to Port Douglas and needed to store our house stuff for many months, including an expensive mattress, fridge, washing machine etc. After 6-7 months we finally got our own place and everything was in perfect condition, no mould, no dust! Darren (on site manager) was also lovely to deal with when needed.
