Amanda always lets me know of any issues and is always proactive in offering solutions. The absolute trust I have in Amanda and Ray White to get issues fixed and to keep the tenants happy has never been misplaced.

Tess Williams has been a thoroughly professional, hard-working and competent property manager for me. I have had a crisis in recent times where her help was needed - she went above and beyond in terms of working after hours, coordinating tradesmen, insurance claims and tenant requirements and managed it all so well. We have also recently decided to undertake a number of improvements and fix ups in the property and Tess has coordinated and managed that process, at the same time as the crisis, in an expert manner. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Honest, Hardworking and Approachable. With several agents to choose from - selling property can be daunting. I happy to have used Ray White and found Will and Brent to be all of the above. Felt comfortable asking questions and them walking me through the stages of contract and auction. Their follow up to prospective buyers enquiries on the property and informing me were of a very high standard. The property was sold at auction :).

There's only a few things Landlord's really want and that is; good communication, respect for their property and a good attitude to get things done (quickly and affordably). Amanda does all of this and more, and I have no doubt the tenants are treated with equal service. So thankful I can trust her and the team to look after my much loved unit, a good property manager such as Amanda is truly a blessing in this dog-eat-dog world.
