Morning all what a lovely day,
I have rented several properties through Janine for a number of years and have always had exceptional service. The communication has been great either via phone calls or emails. The staff have been fantastic and prompt in returning phone calls to any queries I have had over the years.
The property inspection reports are great that we receive and any work required on the properties is acted on swiftly.
I would highly recommend any person looking for a property management company to manage their property to contact Janine and have her meet with you and chat face to face she is on the ball.

Go Property took over management of our townhouse after a long period of mismanagement and have provided beyond fantastic service in running the property. Providing frequent reports on the property and handling property maintenance above and beyond, even organizing and implementing upgrades to the property on our behalf.

They have also provided invaluable advise in looking at additional properties and with our refinancing our existing one. I couldn't recommend highly enough, if you need your property managed i would give Go Property's a call.

With the time that I was with Go Property it was horrible. Not sure if Rachael and Tracey still work there but they were more than happy to try to charge me more than what my lease said. They were happy to be pocketing money with extra pay claiming that it cost to use centrepay when centrepay is made to be free.
I wonder how much they made out of every person they charged extra on, and I really hope Go does not have them anymore. Do you happen to have a "meet the team" page? I'd be happy to know that the scammers are out of your business as this was a few years back.

Most frustrating property manager I have dealt with. Managing a Brisbane location from the Sunshine Coast is ridiculous. Right from the get go we have had issues, which started with us being delayed entry by a week because they couldn’t get the previous tenant out in time. One of the planned inspections Janine has delayed and without confirming the new day and turned up on my doorstep at just after 7am! They have decided to replace our front door for no reason requiring me to stay home. We then received our renewal notice one month late and then to make up for it gave us a 13 month lease. As we were already past expiry we felt pressure to sign promptly without considering the implication of the motorway extension being completed on our backdoor. A bubble on the bench top that had been there since we moved in seemed to become a priority which involved multiple entries within a couple of weeks and she refused to do an inspection during these entries and set up a separate time. On one of these occasions I receive a call advising that Janine had arrived in Brisbane but left the key in Mooloolaba and I was asked to leave work early to let her in!
Due to the houses behind the property being reclaimed by TMR ready for demolition, we had people walking around our property at all hours of the night, even breaking into our backyard allowing our dog to escape. On this basis we informed Go Property that we didn’t feel comfortable or safe and no longer met the liveability that we signed up for. We received no support or advice as to what would be done to secure the property. Based on past service and impending worsening liveability issues we purchased our own home. In this instance they were very quick to find a new tenant which I was ecstatic over.
Now they have done the inspection and pointed out some issues which we have attended to, however they have appointed a professional cleaner without my permission for things we have already done and is just general wear and tear and poor paint job in the first place. They have not acknowledged that we have replaced the screen doors and resiliconed the bathroom which has improved the property.
Slow to respond to general maintenance issues or if ever in some cases.
If I ever rent my property, I would never use this company.
