The course went really well. Great explanation from the trainer (Ramon) and the presentation. I am able to retain knowledge thanks to the in-class quiz and practical. Friendly environment that promotes a learning attitude.

I have sat through many courses and have to say, this is by far the best of the lot. While much of this is due to the content being provided in a succinct and logical order, the main reason for the excellence was Kumar.

He is clearly passionate about his work and communicates this is an effective and engaging manner. I have no doubts I have learnt, and will be able to recall, significantly more of the content due to his teachings.

From the start to the finish, the process was easy to follow and the design well aimed at to job at hand of a first aider. I WILL make a special mention that the Paramedic, who undertook the 2 hr C.P.R. component with a wholistic re summarization was OUTSTANDING! In a very busy environment he managed to engage in each of the personalities which were diverse and addressed them to contribute to ascertain their level of understanding, he brought out the strength of each and everyone in the class room, he had us all interacting with task realism, he did NOT miss a single thing, his quick thinking skills are 5 star commendable

First aid pro has the best training faculty. Very convenient facility. Trainers are right on the mark of what to focus while training. Thanks.

Really good course. Very knowledgeable educator with lots of experience. I really liked it and in the future will do it again though First Aid Pro.

Very good, simple and well spoken. Very easy to grasp information, including new updates to policies. Highly recommended, and will be pointing people in their direction in the future.

Excellent training demonstrator
I’ve previously always done my first aid courses with saint Johns thinking they’d be best but the in-person part of the course we was far better. The trainer was very experienced and down to earth and just focused on what you need to know realistically and offered small practical tips I’d never heard before.
The online quiz part of the course was pretty average with some the questions worded poorly and testing your comprehension skills more than whether you’ve read the pdf. Not all of the information to answer some questions was In their pdf and videos either (probably common sense or implied but not specifically included and had to be Googled). Everything else was easy

Completed the 'online plus 2 hour practical' version of First Aid and CPR. Despite the training material video(s) being a bit ‘rough and ready’, this was a very good course overall, the online documentation was good, and the instructor that we had for the prac was incredibly good.
Good overall though!
