Absolutely wonderful service, I went in twice over two days (I was very indecisive) and both times the ladies were lovely and very helpful.

The ladies always provide the best customer service. Makes for a pleasant time shopping here. I had an issue with my nappy bag they helped me straight away when I had an awful experience at another mimico store.

Love Mimco, next sale please.😍

Great products and service, very much a boutique store so would be nice if they expanded and carried a larger range.

Not a review of this store but Mimco more generally. Wanted to update my wallet as my old Mimco fold wallet is looking pretty beaten up. I was looking at the Super Duo wallet yesterday and was disappointed to learn the interior of said wallet is entirely synthetic. $200 for something that's mostly vinyl. Definitely noticing the decline in quality.

Zero customer service not helpful like other stores in the plaza, really wanted help choosing some jewellery, they opened the glass cabinet after I looked out the back to ask both of them to do so and she just unlocked it and walked away .. left me too it. Crazy way of treating customers. I wanted to buy a bag too but after the lack of interaction no way was I going to do so. It's nice to be helped or have there opnion of a product that's what sales people need to do! not just stand there and say nothing.

I just went in store to look for Christmas gifts! So very disappointed in the “No” customer service. 3 sales assistants I was not spoken too in the 5-10 minutes I was in store. I won’t go back thru need training & to not talk about their social life in store.
