I went through the drive thru and all my food was fresh and tasted really good. I could tell as a customer that the morale of the store was amazing, they were all so friendly with me and eachother. One specific person stood out though and i believe his name was Travis he was a very lovely young man who was very friendly and i could tell had great customer service abilities.

We came today and were served by the wonderful Travis! He was happy, humerous and excited to be at work. We joked about the picklebird burger and had lots of fun. Thanks for making our trip memorable!

The food was as expected, but really the service was superb. Yes, we were the only people but the guy who served us was extremely polite and courteous. His parents certainly raised him well. Not sure of his name, but he was working on the 23rd at approximately 12pm.

I cannot rate this red rooster high enough. I always go to the drive-thru, always get fresh food without asking (unlike McDonald's or KFC in Beauy), and generally the exact same order. I never eat in so cannot comment on the dirtiness on tables that is mentioned in a few negative reviews, but honestly if it's too hard to ask for a table wipe before a bad review, then those people need to get a life! The food is always delicious and fresh, the staff have always been friendly and patient (I have a pretty broad English accent and change the order quite a lot so patience is always appreciated).

Special mention, huge thanks and well done go out to the young lad Travis who works at this branch. He is absolutely wonderful at his job and a pleasure to talk to at the window. He clearly has a huge care to giving his role everything which is very special to find amongst the younger generation, especially lately. Travis you are a beautiful kid and I'm sure you have a heart of gold to go with it. Your parents should be super proud! Well done mate, 10/10 service (coming from someone who's worked in hospitality for 14 years)!! See you next time!

Great customer service and the food was spot on!

I came in today around 12pm and was served by Jared. He had so much patience and respect and great customer serive as soon as we walked in. By far best red rooster I've been to and the best customer service I've ever had. Thanks Jared for the great service!

Can honestly say that in the beginning I didn't expect much but the longer you guys stay open the better you guys seem to get. The staff you have are bloody fantastic and it seems they work together more as a family then as coworkers it's lovely to see in this day and age. Every night I'm on shift I order a large chips and a regular gravy and every time it comes in a timely fashion and very hot. Beautiful service and amazing staff.

Every staff member I've dealt with here have surprised me with their great customer service and friendliness, quite unusual for younger staff, they appear to care about their jobs unlike other places.
