Everyone was very helpful with our car that was towed to them after an accident. They did a quote for insurance extremely quickly, it was written off so while I can’t comment on their repair work I can say they helped us with recovering our things from the car and were helpful in showing me the damage and explaining what the likely outcome would be.

Great people, and while I hope not to need smash repairs any time soon I know where I will be going!

Scenic smash repair did a fantastic repair and paint to the rear panel of our car. An amazing job I thought it was going to be a difficult repair but not to scenic. You cannot tell it has been repaired and they got us booked in in less than a week other smash repairs where booked out until Jan 2023 thanks again Luke for a cracking job. My vehicle sustained a complex abrasion between the roof and windscreen. I presented this problem to Luke (Lead Paint and Body Technician). He did an assessment and provided me with a solution. Highly recommend! The team here obviously have a great amount of pride in their workmanship and customer experience. Luke even went out of his way for me to be able to collect my vehicle after work as I had to travel from brisbane. Tow trucks were not available due to flood impacts and I really needed my car back being a single parent. Left with a smile on my dial. 😄

A huge shout out to Luke and his team brought our Prado ZR Landcruiser into his shop to get paint work rectified by 2 other not so good smash repair companies. Our Prado is black in colour so shows up everything on the paint plus the previous jobs there was all sorts of things happening with the paint that needed to be properly stripped back to metal and started again a huge job though Scenic Smash not only fixed the paint up beautifully the whole car was shining!! Robin and The Staff are truly a well oiled Team. Have had a few major and a couple smaller works done here. My preferred smash repairer. And i know people who travel to go here. Trusted work and never longer than needed to be there.
