The best service we could ask for. We were helping family with a massive clean up after the storms and were in desperate need of sharpening and repairing. Office staff were brilliant to deal with. Saws were repaired and sharpened within 24 hours and could not fault anything about the experience. Thanks so much, highly recommend.

Excellent place to shop for farm machinery, I have been doing business with these guys for years. I was just in there the other moth when I needed an Aerator for my compacted paddocks. Terrific customer service they delivered my machine to my farm and hooked it up to my tractor

We have bought a number of Stihl products and a Zero turn mower from this store and can we both say they are incredible! Tony & Chris are both amazing staff members and have been so wonderful towards us! We would not shop anywhere else but Dover & Sons and will continue to support them for all our farm tools and machinery. Excellent product, great prices and staff need a pay rise for their efforts! I have had the most wonderful service experience from Dover and Sons Beaudesert. We purchased a Polaris Ranger several years ago from a dealership in Brisbane, and have had trouble with it from the beginning. That dealership was never able to help, nor any other Polaris dealership in Brisbane, nor Polaris themselves. Everyone turned us away and said they couldn't help. The Polaris sat lifeless in the shed. Unusable. I came across Dover and Sons quite by accident and they have been caring and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. Jodie took the time to understand what has been happening for us and the frustration we have been going through for years. Randal took the time to work through what the challenge was and went above and beyond to have Polaris contribute to the parts needed to solve the issue, and to keep the repair costs as low as possible for us. He took a lot of care and time to run through everything with us when it was finished. We finally have a working machine and I look forward to many years of caring customer service with Dover and Sons. It seems so rare these days, and I am so relieved I found them. Bought my saw here they're a top bunch of blokes willing to help you alot and they always just take a step further with their customer service iv got a good deal here and will continue to buy my castrol oil here it's cheaper then anywhere else iv looked if it's a some farm implement a tractor saw or a side by side even this is the place for you it's also a elite shop so have more stock then other places around behold Dover and sons

I was looking to buy a pruning device. The local dealer said this device was in high demand and I would need to order one. At Dover and Son in Beaudesert there was one such kit on display which I purchased. The salesman quickly organised the paperwork for warranty and I was out of there in a few minutes. Excellent manner and service.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Used them for the 1st time last week when the pump went in my spray unit. Great to deal with from start to finish. Will be using them again in the future

First experience of Dover & Sons last weekend, popped in to view the Big Toro Mower in stock, warmly welcomed by the counter team, Chris took the reins to guide me through the product, features, tips, could even deliver that afternoon to get me productive, made the decision so easy...Big Toro rocked up, Chris took me through a quick start up / demo & job done.

Had a minor issue, tested out the after sales support which was remedied within minutes, back up & running, nothing was too hard, back up & mower is great.
