Not sure what her name was, but I went in and was 50 cents short of something. LOVELY lady gave me the 50 cents!! 10/10 customer service from her.

We do most of our shopping in Coles Beaudesert, staff are always ready to help if needed.

The Service manager Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is 10/10, was so helpful when I needed assistance, I was immediately greeted with a smile even when I asked for assistance mid way through her doing other things. Credit to you Kelly, it’s hard to come by this.

Today, I shopped at your store in Beaudesert and when I was in the car park, my trolley came loose as I was putting a parcel into my truck. A lovely employee of yours chased and caught my trolley and proceeded to help me with the rest of my parcel. He had told me that this was his first day. He was so polite and cheerful!!! Thank you Dylan for your help and you made my day with your beautiful manners !!!! Well done !!!
