Thai Rose Cafe & Bar

First time I've been here. Ordered a couple of spring rolls, green curry with rice and a coke for $14.50. Brilliant!
Great little lunch spot. Tasty, aromatic dish with a little kick in the spice, just the way I like it.
Spring rolls were crispy and well cooked, with slightly tender with a crunch veges. Perfect 👌🏽

Got uber eats from here, The laksa was amazing, one of the best I have had and extremely fresh. The curry puffs were even better. Liked it so much we had to go back the next night. The staff were extremely polite :)

Always had a scrumptious feed here over the last few years. Last visit they had a new young waiter was on his first day and he ran back and forth a bit, but he did a great job and the food and the view was top notch as always. Very happy other customer took this picture for us.

These guys are amazing. Have dined in many times and exceptional food. Ordered from Uber eats and delivery was wrong (no surprises there). Rang direct and they had it sorted and delivered missing items in 15 minutes. Awesome service. Brilliant meals. Great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend dine in or takeaway - thank you

I love Thai Rose! I used to live nearby and found this was one of my favourite places to eat. My stock favourite was the Thai Green Chicken. Lovely staff - always remembered me and asked about my son, whom I think only came in with me once or twice. Great place.

THE GREEN CURRY! It was so delicious! I only ate about half of it at the restaurant as I filled up on the Thai Milk Tea and Spring Rolls (also delicious). But you know what, I ate the rest as a midnight snack and even reheated, it didn't disappoint! I'm definitely coming back here as the location and food quality are spectacular! Definitely a must visit!

Best Thai in Brisbane... and that's a big call! So delicious, I can not fault it. Service was easy & friendly - they continually check on you to make sure you're okay (and not the annoying type). We waited less than 15 minutes for three dishes + rice. The ambience was good for a Friday night, the decor is a little outdated but it's a comfortable vibe. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get. The view of the city/Gabba helps too.

Ordered takeaway lunch sets for my workplace today and everything went really well from the moment they picked up the phone to receive the order - the lady on the phone didn't rush me and repeated my orders - to getting the food to the office.

Food was ready when we came to pick up and have been packed in styrofoam boxes - made it so much easier to carry a large order and kept the food hot!

After we got to the office and distributed everyone's order I can still see steam coming out of the food.

Freshly cooked, generous servings, great value for lunch.

Awesome venue, awesome staff, and even better food. Will not disappoint.
The laksa isn't what you would expect when you picture the standard style laksa, it's noodles with a sauce rather than a broth, but holy moly if it's not the most delicious thing I've ever had.

I've eaten here several times over the years, most recently two days ago. I've always been happy with the food. I'm not a Pad Thai fan, but their roast duck version is great.

If you are a real foodie, then this is definitely a place to try. The staff may be a bit slow, but once the food come... It is worth it all! Writing this review after visiting the restaurant 3 time, with a group of 3 different friends, and we all loved it. Do give it a try!

When Chiang Mai Thai closed down in Milton many moons ago, I was devastated. I thought there could never be another authentic Thai restaurant. Then, we moved south of the river and Thai Rose is now my local. Thank the heavens! I can honestly say, best most authentic Thai food in Brisbane. I probably should have saved this review until we've been a few times ... as I've only had the red curry, coconut rice and pad thai (best medium/hot). I am yet to try their roast duck pad thai but from the review below I don't think I'll be disappointed. The service wasn't too quick (which tells me it's made fresh) and came out piping hot and perfect. So much depth of flavour in the curry ... yum. We'll be back on the regular :)

Highly recommended... stayed for a week at Gabba Central across the road and really enjoyed the restaurant and the area. Loads of people around for the Aussie Rules Lions game across the road so vibrant restaurant and fantastic food and friendly staff.... reasonably priced too which helps. I think that restaurant precinct is developing into a must stay at Gabba Cent apartments plan again and try out some of the other great restaurants too

I'm a regular customer. Love the food here, fresh ingredients and delicious. Great staff here always willing to help with my special diet requirements (I'm a vegan and not eating certain spices). Highly recommend!

Thai Rose has become a favourite of mine. One of the best Thai restaurants in Brisbane no doubt. And the Pad Thai is beyond compare - I would definitely recommend to anyone. Best Pad Thai in Brisbane.
My partner and I are always ordering Thai Rose through Uber Eats and our favourites are of course the Pad Thai, Beef Massaman Curry and the Tom Yum soup.

Excellent food and service. I have been there several times. The food tastes great and the quantity is good, too.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and it’s probably my favourite Thai place in the area. The food is really good and the staff are really nice and if you like to sit outside it’s good for people and traffic watching.

Great food and really impressed. We went there after a game at the GABA next door and service was still quick and friendly despite the crowds.
