Not only do I LOVE the dress I bought from here, I’m absolutely astounded at the beautiful service that goes with the shop. The young woman who works there is so professional, fair and understanding! I had to exchange a dress I bought the day before, and there wasn’t even a second’a delay - she just processed it and off I went. Thank you for putting customer satisfaction first!! I’ll be back :)

Attempted to return an item with receipt due to a fault. Was told that they couldn’t help because the item could not be resold!! A insincere staff member dismissed my concern and sent me on my way. Be aware this company has told their staff not to provide refunds under any circumstance because they “can’t have casual (untrained?) staff” making decisions, but management is not available to discuss. horrendous customer service.
