Nathan served me today and he was amazing! Super helpful and friendly, he made things super easy for me as I was shopping with my 2 year old and didn’t have a lot of time. It’s hard to get good customer service like that these days. Will definitely be back!

My twin daughters and I went into Volcom yesterday for a browse. Tim helped us with sizing extra...so, so helpful and extremely friendly!! When I went to finalise payment I was going to use a gift card eft card, but i wasn't sure on the balance available. Tim went over & beyond & found the website & got the balance amount for me. The best customer service I can honestly say EVER! Thank you Tim & Clay this is our new go to store....amazing!!!!!

Tim and Clay are absolute legends and provided great customer service. Both blokes are clearly passionate about the brand and they welcomed us into the store with open arms. Walked out of there very happy!

This place is great - staff there are always wanting to help and give you the best value. I always go there for gifts and the new work wear line is on point. Highly recommend - staff go above and beyond. Best place to shop!

Had a great experience here! Tim kindly offered a free carry bag to my partner who was tumbling around with arms full of books, he was super helpful in finding a nice jacket, and his Maroochydore food recommendations were bang on - best toastie we've ever had as well, Tim! Thanks very much.

We popped in to have a look and were greeted by Tim - needless to say our 'pop in' turned into a great chat, learning about the area and making connections in a time that is a little more challenging to do so. We really appreciated the time Tim took with us, outside of the standard retail 'can I help you with anything? Let me know if there is anything you need'... so much so, when we ran into him recently we instantly recognised him and he remembered us.... and if that isn't brilliant customer service, I don't know what is!

The best Volcom shop we’ve been in, displays are perfect and easy to find what we were looking for. The staff are amazing and give the shop an awesome vibe. Tim and Bella served us and we enjoyed their fun banter and professional approach in helping find everything my husband needed. We love this brand!
