Good selection of everything bed and bath. Good and helpful service.

Unhappy with sales person today. Made it out that a cushion was included in the quilt cover we bought today, then told us she'd show us an example. She then attempted to slip the extra cost of $34 past us. Very dishonest. If you want to upsell, that's one thing, but do it legitimately.

Three staff and I was the only customer in the store. After 10 minutes and walking past two chatting at the counter twice I gave up and left. This is the second time I have had no form of customer service here so back to pillowtalk for me from now on.

Visited the Store @ Sunshine Plaza today Sunday 03/03/2024 whilst on holidays from Brisbane and left feeling very disappointed due to the lack lustre customer care and lack of respect by one of your Team Members. The service I have experienced at your other stores - of which I am a regular customer - is ordinarily of an excellent level so I was very surprised. When I came to the Counter to pay, the older blonde Sales Assistant made eye contact but rather than serve myself and my Daughter continued her conversation with another Team Member. At one point there was a break in their conversation and I was hopeful I would be served but alas it was not to be as their conversation continued. When I was finally served (by the same older woman) the manner of the Sales Assistant made me feel like it was an inconvenient interruption to her to have to deal with a customer and her attitude was abrupt and offhand and completely unwelcoming. At the end of the transaction I was informed (none too politely) that “we have run out of bags” and had the two bath mats I’d just purchased shoved at me with a “There you go”. Really?

I would not recommend this store to anyone in my Networks due to poor customer service and highly recommend re-training in the importance of the Customer Experience to a successful business as I do believe that Bed Bath & Table highly values this.

Terrible service. Bought some things that had clearly marked a further 10% off and was told I was wrong and they wouldn't give me a further 10% off. Won't be going back.
