Coolum Caprice Holiday Apartments

One bedroom apartment(room 21 and 4 nite stay) is great with everything you need. Full size kitchen and well equipped,large king size bed,dining area,lounge area and has washing machine plus in-ground pool/BBQ area and parking also. Best part is the views from the balcony and listening to the beach..walk to all shops and cafes.
I recommend Coolum Caprice apartments from a solo traveller to families and have enjoyed my stay and will be back..

The room we stayed in well we feel very lucky to have been allocated, as it was newly renovated and beautiful. Plenty of storage and kitchen facilities.
The views of the ocean every morning at sunrise and throughout the day were simply divine and so hard to leave! Bed was comfortable and the spa bath was relaxing! Did not have any issues with noise at all during the stay.

With the check in we arrived after reception hours as our flight arrived around 8:30pm. The code we were supposed to be sent was never received so we were a little worried about how we would be able to gain access into the hotel as we could not find any information online about what the procedure is!
Enter Tommo The friendly night manager as our saviour! There was a phone that we were able to call him on and he came out and gave us our hotel keys!
The decor, garden and pool area are well designed and aesthetically pleasing.
Tracey was helpful at reception and we were so grateful to have been able to stay in the room for a bit longer after check out as our flight was not until the evening.
Overall a wonderful and pleasant stay!

Caprice Apartments. Centrale situation on the south end of the Coolum beach, ⛱ directly opposite the life-saving complex. Magnificent views. Well-appointed appointment.

Had an amazing stay at Coolum Caprice. Close to everything. Fantastic views! We had a view of the mountains and the sea. Friendly staff at reception. No issues at all just had an amazing time. The apartment was spotless. Thank you to everyone at Coolum Caprice. We will be back!

The only negative was the beds were very hard.

Stayed for a week in a penthouse suite for our 30th wedding anniversary. Views were fantastic and apartment was very comfortable and had everything in it required for a great stay. Beach was across the road and plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Loved it and hope to go back soon.

My partner and I stayed at Coolum Caprice last weekend for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view was breathtaking. And, Tracey at reception was simply lovely! She was personable and very accommodating. Hopefully, I will be back to visit! :)

Beautiful location. We stayed there last year. We were three single people looking for a place that has areas that we could sit, read and watch the world go by without sitting on top of each other. We had penthouse 78 on the north eastern side last year and this time 79, the middle penthouse. Both are nice but not modern and really could do with a complete refurbishment in kitchen and bathrooms. They are outmoded but it's the position you're paying for. Also each penthouse has its own substantial rooftop garden. No grass or plants of course but a huge area especially 79 with a large gas BBQ, large fridge/freezer, small patio setting for 4 , two lazyboys, 3 high stools. Completing the garden is a large spa for 4, a shower and toilet (old fashioned) and sauna. So all the ingredients are there for heaven BUT tired and looking worn. We really couldn't use the spa until 2:15 as it was too hot (in January) and there's only a small roof over the BBQ area. The garden could do with a pergola or rooftop sail for shade. Glad we did it, not sure we'll do it again.

Stayed in the central penthouse and it was amazing, it had the best view, excellent facilities.

My family and I have been coming to Coolum Caprice annually for over 10 years and keep coming back. The views are great, and it's right across the road from the beach, shops and restaurants/cafes. It also has a pool, heated spa, saunas, gym and games room. The lovely staff and relaxed atmosphere inevitably make it a highlight of the year

Stayed here with our two young kids and absolutely loved it. Great location and whole family loved staying here. Plenty of room for us all in a std 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed! Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Coolum!

Great place to stay in Coolum. Only metres walk to beach and shops. Nice heated pool and very warm spa! Great views from most rooms.
The northern side 2 bedroom apartments have a back balcony with views of the mountains as well as a front verandah looking north east toward's Noosa.
Front (east) facing apartments have amazing beach views and you can watch ( and hear) the parrots fly in to roost in the beachside Norfolk Pines every evening!
Edit Bonus : Pretty sure I have seen Jackie Chan climb this building in a movie! Any worries and Jackie can save you!

Just stayed the weekend, the room was furnished very nicely, had all you would need for a great holiday. The staff were very friendly and the view was fantastic. Would highly recommend this over the more expensive choices on the coast..

A couple of very nice days at Coolum Caprice. The apartment was very clean and functional. Will try for a front facing one next time. The location was great for beach and shops.

Best place to stay in Coolum! I've lost count of how many times we've stayed at the Caprice now. Best views, perfect location, great apartments & wonderful staff. What more could you ask for!

This place is awesome - great location right on the beach - incredible views of the ocean - staff were friendly. We are come regularly - Surf club across the road with amazing meals and patrolled beach

This place is awesome, after we got stuffed around at another hotel we decided to go somewhere else and we ended up here, we got there and they made us feel more welcome... rooms were really nice and the beach view was awesome. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

The unit is neat, clean, has everything we need, great pool, perfectly convenient to the beach and shops. We have a view of the beach even from a back unit. Great place for families.

Great staff, always friendly and wanting to help guests feel welcomed in the resort and at Coolum Beach. The most iconic place to holiday at in this surfside part of Queensland and Australia.
