I went for open new bank account!
Emma was really kind & gave me fantastic service which i never had before… unfortunately for 5 years with Westpac
It was very impressed…

Attended westpac kawana and was served by Emma. Delightful young lady and was extremely helpful with sorting out a problem with my ATM card and with setting up an offset account. Recently left NAB due to multiple stuff ups and moved to westpac. Everyone I have dealt with so far have been extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Emma is a very nice young lady and a credit to your organisation.

Best service ever didn’t get the young ladies name but she went way above what we expect to help set up our travel cards 👏👏👏👏 so much appreciated

Great & easy parking. Very friendly & safe service.

First experience with westpac. Went into branch to set up account. Young girl helped us but was very unsure on what she was doing and when she grabbed someone for help, spoke very disrespectfully towards her colleague who was just trying to help. Then once she had finished with us we left and got home only to find out she didn’t set up our account properly so have to go back in.
No hate, just might be good to give some extra coaching on customer service etiquette and how to treat your colleagues.

worst customer service I have ever experienced with a bank. have been in there three times to have a restriction removed on my account which would allow me to receive help via the apps chat and call centre. three times I went to the branch and still not fixed as I found out right now trying to get help through the app once again! So over it i'm changing banks! what a disgrace for Westpac

Please...pre-count your coins if you are using the coin deposit machine.... or avoid it all together!! The machine miscounted (I had pre-bagged coins in individual denominations), and I haven't heard boo from branch manager who was going to chase this up...
I wonder how much 'revenue' they make from these machines in their Branches!?

The middle-aged man at the front desk is one rudest and most unprofessional individuals.

Tried to call but no answer (not a good sign) so left message on answerphone expecting a call back. Never happened.
Rubbish customer service.

So you go to the bank and deposit business banking however want staff to get change and bank cannot help you out unless staff member has a card on them : thanks for great service : will go to another bank
