m1 Resort Maroochydore

M1 Resort is a great place to stay. The unit we had was very spacious and had all the necessary facilities. Katrina was so kind to help us get some accommodation at short notice.
The location is great with so much within walking distance. If you have a car the on-site parking has easy access.

A lovely apartment, in a convenient location near both the river and the ⛱ beach.

Loved the view, the large size of the apartment and the walk to everything location. Great!

What a fantastic resort. Stayed here from 16/12/21 - 24/12/21 in room 806 (2 Bedroom Apartment). The apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. Being able to relax on the balcony was also great.

The pool facilities were fantastic and not very busy which was a plus. Although we didn't use the gym, it appeared to be well equipped.

The location of the Resort is also great, being just next door to the Big Top Shopping Centre and a multitude of restaurants. The Sunshine Plaza, Cotton Tree Shops and Maroochydoore Beach are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Staff were also super friendly and even held our bags for us when we checked out. The resort is also incredibly affordable. I would return to M1 resort in a heartbeat.

Have been coming to M1 Maroochydore for a few years now and stayed in multiple apartments (sizes and configurations - many to choose from).

Love the centrality where access to river, ocean, supermarket, Sunshine Plaza and restaurants is all in walking distance.

Beautiful breezes, great pool, games room and gym. Great for kids of all ages due to location or none at all if you need break. Something for everyone but give me a book on a balcony or by the pool and I’m set!

Mark and Katrina are truly the best on-site managers - incredibly attentive, professional and keep the place like new. Strange how a place can feel like a wonderful holiday destination at the same time as feeling like home.

A mixed residential/tourism resort that has all the comforts of home and much more.

We have many great vantage points and can see everything from the Sea to the Hinterland but in particular, we overlook the river going passed the Big Top Shopping Centre up to Sunshine Plaza.

Mark and Katrina have been wonderful and we have got far more than we expected since arriving.

This is the place to stay on the Sunshine Coast, without a doubt.

I recently stayed at M1 Resort and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment ... it was massive! Even the balcony was large.
The apartment was spotlessly clean.
And Katrina, the Building Manager, was exceptionally helpful.

Great accommodation and close to all types of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and shops. Modern, spacious room with beautiful furnishings.

We stayed for 5 nights in room 212 as a family of 5. It is a 3 bedroom, split level apartment right on the river with amazing views. It was amazing! Wish we had longer! It was huge. The balcony was massive and was the size of most normal apartments. Having the 3 bedrooms was excellent as all kids had an actual bed vs a rollaway bed. All bedrooms have big wardrobes which was great. Staying for 5 days allowed us to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. The kitchen was great! Had everything you need and was probably the same size as my kitchen at home. We also had 2 bathrooms which was great with the 5 of us. It was also in a great location for the pool (which was great!) and the BBQ. They were on the same level and outside our room, but we never heard any noise from anyone out there. Katrina was also very lovely any time we rang prior to arriving, and was lovely when we were checking in and always said hello when we walked past when going in or out. That really made the experience even better. The location itself was perfect for us. Great walking along the river to the beach and it was literally next to Woolworths, Holey Moley and a range of other shops, as well as a heap of great restaurants. It was also walkable (5-10 minute easy walk) to more restaurants, Timezone and the Sunshine Coasts biggest shopping centre that had everything you could need or want. We have 2 coeliacs in our family and we had not problems eating out, it was easy than home. It was a quick drive to get on the freeway to go north to Noosa or south to Brisbane, and less than 10 minutes to Mooloolaba. Mooloolaba was great to visit but was also very busy during the holidays. Overall we loved our stay both for the hotel and it's location, but also for Maroochydoore. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic accommodation. Apartment was clean, bright and spacious with amazing views. Managers were really helpful. Location was really convenient. Pool was beautiful too. We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.

Beautiful serviced apartments in an excellent location. My apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable with everything we need for our 2 week stay. We have a very large 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, a walk in robe and spa bath. We love waking up to the gorgeous sunny balcony with river views and being able to pop downstairs for a coffee or up to the pub for a drink. It’s right in the heart of Maroochydore yet lovely and quiet. Very secure parking and building wish we could stay here permanently! Managers have been excellent with communication, check in etc.

Loved this place. My family and I came here at the last minute after our booking elsewhere was mismanaged and we were placed in a really bad room. Our apartment at M1 was incredibly spacious for the four of us, check-in was lovely and so simple, and thus place is so central. It was great to have our own laundry, the free WiFi and smart TV was well received by the kids, and the kitchen was a great layout to make cooking at home a breeze. This will most likely be our go-to accommodation on the Sunshine Coast moving forward.

Stayed 2 nights here and the property was huge with spectacular view.

The service and staff are welcoming and very friendly. The apartments are second to none with clean facilities and amazing views. The gym is of high standard and the pool is a great back up when the beach is windy. It is in a central location with the beach a 5 minute walk and the shops a mere minute walk. Will definitely be revisiting

We met Katrina on arrival and she was wonderful. Explained all we needed to know. Room we had was perfect. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for respite as my wife's disabled and the apartment was beautiful and spacious.

Can't complain with anything. This room was exceptional and didn't disappoint, they offer great pool and gym facilities. The internet offered is high-speed. Comfortable living for long holiday stays or short getaways! Recommending this place and will definitely be coming back some day! Thanks.

Brilliant location. Close to supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Spotless rooms. Even sachets of laundry powder to do a couple of loads of washing during my 5 night stay. Strange not having someone at reception all day, but this is where mobile phones come in handy. Definitely 5 star.
