Maria at Little Real Estate has been the most amazing property manager of the house we leased! We could not have been happier with the experience we have had, not only with Maria but the whole team.

We have been involved with other property managers with investment properties and during this period we have had some good and bad experiences. The major problems is not receiving calls, not returning calls and not following through on their duties. Since then, we have been fortunate enough to have a change of property manager, luckily Hannah Smith rode in on the white horse and has been totally exceptional in all respects of reliability. We highly recommend Hannah Smith from our experiences!

Rhonda Johnston and the team do an excellent job at looking after my unit at Maroochydore. They carry out regular Inspections of the unit and I receive a detailed report, including photos. Little by name but not by nature. A very recent blown water heater incident. Rhonda and the Little team sprung seamlessly into action coordinating both plumber & electrician to rectify the problem with prompt speedy efficient ease and the professional approach of a well oiled machine. Big thanks also to Damien of Taps R Us and Brian the sparky for a job well done too in record time and they even cleaned up!
