Extremely happy with the service that I got from the guys here. The range in store is awesome and Phil and Brendan went above and beyond to make sure I got the tools I was chasing. I've had bad experiences with other tool shops in the area due to being female but these guys so friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I purchased a DLM 461PT3 Makita Mower and after using it I am very happy with how it works. I had to phone your store for advice on purchasing and I found Liam to be extremely helpful. I rechecked by email for a tracking number and delivery date and my email was replied to in a short time with the details. To my surprise the delivery was three days earlier than advised.
Your website is excellent to use but because Makita has so many models to choose from I would like a “compare” function so as to view model specs side by side to make it easier to select.
Although not a priority the shipping and tracking details could be provided on the customer dashboard rather than having to email for details.
Just on my Makita purchase I have read all the info that has come with the mower and I note that there is no advice for registering the purchase in case of warranty.
Is there something I am missing?

Been shopping at GTD for several years. Really happy. Always sound advice and recommendations. Tool repair has been good and responsive. Have dealt mainly with Paul, but all the guys are helpful.

Have had nothing but good experience with GTD Maroochydore. Have had a Husqvarna automower for just over a year. Will installed it for me within days of ordering and has provided me with great service any time there has been anything that needs checked or adjusted. Nothing is too much trouble. The service provided by Will has been as good as it gets.

Great help choosing the right tool. Happy to move stock between stores so we could compare products in real life, not just in a catalogue.

Sunday I walked into a competitors store in Kunda Park after failed returned calls just to be greeted with half hearted service and an attitude that really seemed disinterested whether I was there to buy or not so I held off and thought Id call GTD the following day after having previous dealings with Brendan.

One call to Brendan on Monday morning with what I wanted and within 15 minutes he returned a call with a price and a good value package and told me the availability all while having a friendly chat.
I am glad I spent my $1600 with you guys, but it needs to be noted that Brendan was the point of difference and the reason I spent my money with you guys.

Five stars to Get Tools Direct at Maroochydore and Will Norris who sold us our Husqvana Automower plus the follow up installation, servicing and sorting out a warranty issue we had. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and customer service is first rate.

I went in a few times over the last week and dealt with Ross he was awesome very patient I got there eventually and got an amazing deal.. i highly recommend this place and Ross he is a top bloke with the best customer service.well done mate great job
