Prices are a bit steep but the service is great and the staff are very knowledgeable, range is good and I would definitely recommend it, especially for repairs/upgrades/advice, you might be better off purchasing online however supporting the local shops is something I can personally get behind.

I was given a M4 gel gun and needed advice with battery and operation. Guy working 06/08/2023 resolved a battery issue replacing and testing in store, easy talking with, imparting useful general information throughout interaction, from identifying and familiarising the gun for me, explaining operation and practically demonstrating, battery charging and safety information, and gel ball handling.
Nice chilled place, no stress.

The Bearded guy (forgot his name the manager) is an absolute legend. He helped upgrading my gun and identified different issues with the blaster, in the process it made me learn more about gel blasters. Amazing customer service and place.

Order process on website was very easy, ended up calling to change order from delivery to pickup as was in the area. A wonderful lady called Hailey sorted it out no problems. Went in today just to buy another bag of gels, noticed apart in stock and when I enquired about it to the techy instore I received about an hours worth of the most useful and revelant information on the parts and processes I would need inorder to make my build that I ever have had. Great customer service team and truly do care about providing the best service.
