The installers did a fantastic job, including the lovely step nosing for the sunken floor. Would highly recommend this business! A+++

We didn’t hesitate in choosing our selection from the range of products, and arranged for a measure and quote.
The price was right and we had the carpet paid for and awaited its installation against our freshly polished floors.
The layers came and went without fuss and left us nothing else than to enjoy it in our renovated home.

The process was easy and all happened within a scheduled time. I had tiles removed in which Mitch did a fabulous job and then Damien and his team taking up the carpet and finding the under floor in bad shape but put a lot of effort to make the floor as smooth and even as possible.
Everyone was easy to communicate with and would highly recommend this whole team.

I recently bought the vinyl planks for our DIY floor reno from Kawana Flooring. Every staff member I dealt with from the showroom to the warehouse was friendly and professional. I went to Kawana Flooring to pick up some ex-display carpets; mainly for my local Cattery, (repairing & making cat-towers, etc).
I had two amazing ladies from reception who not only gathered a bunch of carpet for me but also brought them to my car!

We have just had new carpet put in upstairs in our new home and it looks fantastic! So pleased with the result. Alina was very patient whilst I was making the right decision on the colour.

We have been using Kawana Flooring since September 2021.
First we had our bedrooms installed with hybrid planking. We were so nervous . Did we choose the right planks? who would we get to install? We are retired and we didnt want to be ripped off and we didnt want to do this twice!

Our go to lady is Hayley. Always smiling, always laughing nothing is ever a problem.
We came back to have our lounge dining area completed. stunning we are thrilled.
Now we have to have a bedroom re done as there was a water leak. Every time there is a change of date we go to Hayley. No worries, easy peezy.
Alina is also excellent and been so helpful as well.
Installers brilliant and considerate of our neighbouring apartments .
Put simply you have rocks in your heads if you go elsewhere. Or so we think.

Ryan and his team were ultra professional and accommodating from quote to finished product - we were so impressed with the efficiency and quality of work carried out by Rick and Jackson over the three day job.
