Jason is a very meticulate operator and very polite. He used sophisticated instrumentation and technology. His plumber experience was observed because he not only found the leak underground in no time, but he also fixed the water line immediately.

Jason was a complete professional and a genuinely great person to deal with. In a situation which was quite stressful he was able to find and fix the issue under two hours. If only all trades were as relaible as him.

It's for unfortunate circumstances that we have had to use JBL 3 times in 7 years but he is always on time, honest and straight to the point with diagnostics, solutions and price.

I contacted Jason due to an underground mains water leak ay my house. He arrived on time, found the leak quickly accessed it through a concrete path (with a minimal sized hole created) Repairs were also done quickly and area cleaned up perfectly.
