Staff are absolutely Amazing! Made a laptop purchase in error, not fit for what I needed it for. Even though I had opened it they were kind enough to let me exchange it for a different one. Andrew called me in the morning after a late night message to their customer support (Quick response time!) and then in store Luke helped me locate and exhange it all in a few easy steps. Truly great service all around, guaranteed. Highly recommend!

Staff were extremely helpful.
After returning 2 Google Pixel 7's because they wouldn't run Android Auto I was able to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra which works seamlessly. Very impressed with the help I got from the staff,Luke the technology guy, Bailey ,phone sales staff and the Manager Sheena🙏

Great service especially by one of the more senior members who came over to assist us with price matching an item. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best price. Very well looked after!

I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan today. I’m so technology stupid and he was patient and listened to what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Ryan is an asset to the JB team. I bought exactly what I needed and can’t thank Ryan enough for not treating me like an idiot.

He went above and beyond in helping me to purchase a BackBone gaming controller for my iPhone.
This is perhaps the 7th time I’ve been helped by him, and he’s always so keen and ready to help me out with questions about stock and what’s new etc.

We are looking to upgrade our tv in the future with something in mind. Grant advised us about all the options and the differences between the options in a language that we understand.
We always find the service in JB in the plaza great, but Grant took it to another level.
When we are ready to buy, we will certainly check in with Grant.

Had amazing service today. Bought a TV for my elderly Mother, it was the last one on display, so the guy cleaned it and bubble wrapped it for me. It would not fit in my car so he then called a Maxi Taxi and carried it down to the Taxi rank so I could get the TV home without delay. I asked the guy who his Manager was so I could commend him and he told me that HE was the Manager. Not only that, he had already 'left' for the day but saw me looking at the TV on his way out, so stayed back to ensure I was looked after. I changed my name for this review after reading the latest review for this store before mine. What a terrible, unprofessional and unnecessary thing to say about this caring chap, it sounds like he was just doing his job. Calling yourself the Review Queen and using language like that? I think you should perhaps consider a new hobby and stop wasting everyone's time. Keep up the great work Mr Manager!

I know it's hard to get service at some places, sometimes - especially when an annoying customer is asking a heap of ridiculous questions...but I've never had trouble getting service at this JB.

The mobile phone section has been the most helpful mobile phone retail experience of any store I've ever been to. Good job guys.

Super friendly helpful staff! Jason was very helpful with upgrading my phone and the counter girls were ultra sweet processing my transaction at the registers. All round excellent service and will defiantly be returning to the Sunshine Plaza store. :)

I like to write a review about trow and Luke I had so many problems with my phones no one has ever been able to fix it, this two guy's fixed it in no time, they customers service and approach is 5 stars and they skills are well above that, so I suggest you duplicate them put them in every JB HI FI stores your taking will increases, with happy customers, kind regards Guido Gambaro

Definitely one of my favorite JB store awesome and reliable staff keen to help. Just ask them. Also a decent collection of everything you could need from vinyls to decent computers. And Bailey is a gun he is my guy when I need something he is on it like the flash.
