He was accommodating of private inspections of the property for me when I couldn’t make the scheduled ones. He kept me informed of all the stepsthroughout the purchase of my home, from organising conveyancers, building and pest inspectors, and tradesman to carry out minor jobs on the property. Tony assisted me with all aspects of the purchase to ensure everything went smoothly.

Tony is the consummate professional in every way with an exceptional ability to listen. He is one of the most personable people I have ever met. He is definitely not your 'razzle dazzle charm you off your feet and sign here on the dotted line' kind of real estate agent, but he believes in the old marketing style of personal face to face communication right from the start. Tony let's you do the talking and really listens and takes it in, and then is completely honest with you. I can't recommend him highly enough. Tony's original meeting with me a few years ago was when he was just making himself be known to people in the street that he was the agent for a house up for sale. We talked for quite a while. I told him I was being carried out in a box from my house because I loved it so much, but his regular communication over the ensuing few years made my decision to go with him easy when I found I had to leave.

Tony sold our property in Twin Waters in the first half of 2018. He and Michael Crichton, who took some marvellous photographs of the property (even using a drone to get overhead views), worked hard to ensure that the property was sold. We thought that their approach was unconventional, as they asked for tenders on a set date, but the property was sold in 3 weeks, and realised a sale price that we were delighted with. They attracted a number of potential purchasers, we were kept fully informed throughout the process and were very pleased with the outcome.

Working with Tony Brown was a completely stress-free experience with his natural down-to-earth manner. I found Tony to be honest , sincere and extremely willing to ensure both parties benefitted from the transaction with no loose ends left regarding Body Corporate documentation that I had requested. Tony was very honest and consistent throughout the process. For our first home we were very nervous going into this process but Tony put us at ease and fought hard to get us into our first home. Great knowledge of the area and just an all round good guy. I could not recommend both Tony or Lachie more!!
