Coolum Seaside

What a treasure this place is. We stayed for 8 days and were absolutely amazed at the apartment (very spacious, tidy, cozy, and comfortable) and the wide range of amenities.

It was so nice to be close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the like.

Murray and Sandie were wonderful hosts - very helpful, obliging, and down to earth.

We will definitely stay here every time we go back to Coolum in the future.

the best place too stay in coolum! super friendly staff and you get more than what you pay for! 3 different pools with spas and we had a double balcony, our 2 bedroom apartment was more than enough for the 2 of us. will definitely be coming back 😍 the kitchen was filled with various amenities/ utilities including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, milk frother and so much more! the best views from the balcony and terrace as well.

Stayed at Coolum Seaside for 10 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. Accomodation very comfortable and clean. Fantastic facilities including heated pools, spas, BBQ facilities and tennis court - all of which we used. Very quiet location which suited us, but still close enough to the beach and shops etc. Undercover secure car park also great. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Sandi and Murray are the most welcoming management staff. They were incredibly accommodating went far and beyond with their level of service. This is what made my stay so special. The rooms were comfortable and I loved the location too

We stayed here for two nights, spacious unit with everything you could need for a seaside escape. The space was clean and tidy, only 5 min walk to the beach and shops in Coolum. Highly recommended!

We spent almost 5 months at this resort after our house was flooded. Murray and Sandie went above and beyond catering for us. They not only accommodated us at short notice, dealing with multiple extensions, and the fact there were 4 of us, including our two teenage boys (18 and 15) 3 cars and a bike. Their unwavering dedication to making us comfortable meant our boys were able to stay close to work, school and football. We were lucky to stay in 4 different apartments during our time and can safely say, every apartment is well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay, and if you are missing something, Murray and Sandie will do their utmost to provide it or replace it! We value our outside time so having access to balconies, roof top terrace or courtyard was such a relief. The property is well maintained and rooms clean. We made good use of the tennis court and pools/spa. And the location is fantastic proximity to shops, beach and restaurants! Highly recommend and will refer all our friends and family when they visit from interstate, as we know they will be taken care of!

8 weeks ago our house was affected by a fire and we were put up at Coolum Seaside as temporary/emergency accomodation. We ended up there for 6 weeks in four different rooms and each room was so great! Due to insurance only booking us in for two weeks at a time and Coolum Seaside being holiday letting, we were finding that everytime we were extended that our room would be booked in a few days time so we would have to move. Each time Sandy had to move us it was like she was upgrading us every time. After four rooms you wouldn't think upgrading that many times would be possible and Sandy and Murray made moving rooms feel like a breeze!

There were four of us. the kids are 8 + 9 and although we were going through a tragedy, the kids felt like they were on holiday. Heated Pools in winter. Not one but THREE and all with their own spa plus a Tennis court. Walking distance to every food you could want and late night sneaks down to the Gelato shop. We were definitely sad to leave.

The customer service from Sandy and Murray was unbelievable. Always smiling and the friendliest two people you honestly could ever come across. If our home wasn't so close it would definitely be the hotel I would stay at if i was in town but now it'll be the only place i recommend to my friends and family when they are here too!

Fantastic location to stay at for a family holiday. The appartment was very spacious, full bathroom and kitchen, ensuite, 3 pools, spa and lots of bbq facilities. 500meters from the beach. Loved it 👍

Excellent location, great apartment and facilities. Three pools to choose from when we didn't want to go to the beach. The management and staff were really friendly and helpful with booking tours. A great tip was to book directly with them next time as the price is cheaper.
We'll be back.

I was part of a group sharing two 3xbedroom apartments for 3 nights. We were ALL amazed at how spacious and how very clean it was. High end quality. Everything was so well catered for and the Managers were fabulous. Close to fantastic restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place. I'll be back, for sure.

The stay with Sandi and Murray was above expectations ....a 15 minute walk from the Coolum Surf Club and other retail shops ....an amazing experience to see whales from the Surf Club including great service from Danni and Willow as part of the team there.

I recently stayed here prior to and during a wedding a couple of weeks back. The facilities were incredible and staff warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much for looking after us. Cannot wait to come back!

Sandie and Murray were so obliging and helpful. We were staying for a friend's wedding and some of our family members came along to babysit and be with us for our extended stay. Sandie arranged for our rooms to be adjacent to one another despite separate booking dates. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped for a family.

Went here with three of my friends on friday. Walked into our rooms and were amazed by the size and beauty! Pools are great! Spa is absolutely fantastic. Staff at reception are so so lovely! Highly recommend coming here. I certainly will be coming here again! Thank you coolum seaside for such a lovely experience!

The rooms were fantastically appointed, and the ducted air con was a lovely addition for the Coolum summer heat. Reception staff were helpful in resolving some room type desires, and the cleanliness of the unit upon entry was great!

What a wonderful place to stay. Loved the location and the layout of the appartments. We had unit 41, that had its own seperate BBQ and lounge area. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and we will be back again soon.

Had a great time here and the hosts are lovely. Make sure you book straight through the hotel as they always give better prices than booking.com etc. Good amenities and a stones throw to the beach front
