As much as Grant is the original Director of Leading Reality, I would have to say it was a Team Effort from the three partners involved from the Company, Grant, Lee vand Justin all were onboard from the outset after I had a negative auction experience from another agent over 5 weeks and wasting $5,000 with them.
After the initial meeting with Grant & Lee, my lovely Buderim property was listed a week later on the usual websites. Listed at $1.1 Million, we had two offers within a week and the deal was done the next Tuesday.

Recently needing to find accommodation in the coast I was terrified that I wouldn’t find a home.
