Adairs Sunshine Plaza

I've shopped at Sunshine Plaza store today and was given exceptional service by the team of staff. They had helped me with all my questions and patiently searched for the items with a smile on their faces. Often checking on me to ensure that I got all the help I need. I couldn't thank Jen, Jo and Scott enough for being so patient with me as I held the line when I had problems with my payment. They even went the extra mile to get me a trolley to help with my purchase. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

A wide selection of soft furnishings and well laid out store but the best bit of this Adair’s is the wonderful staff . A big thank you in particular to Wendy who was an enormous help selecting things when I’d all but given up today!! The cushions she recommended look fab

The worst customer service!!

Yesterday I went to Adairs Sunshine Plaza to show them a pillowcase I bought.
It had torn after the first wash.
My intention was not to exchange for a new one, I just wanted to show the fault in the product.

I went in with a calm and friendly attitude and told the shop assistant, I just wanted to show her what has happened.

She then said to me I should wait, cause she can’t do anything, I have to talk to the assistant manager Tracy.

I waited and Tracey came over, I told her the exact same thing.
She just started yelling at me that I didn’t look after the pillowcase correctly.
Instead of just telling me I did the wrong thing, she just yelled!!
If it was my fault and I did tore the pillowcase due to negligence (which I didn’t), why not just tell me that politely? She got really upset and that made me upset too.
I just told het that there is no need to get upset like this and that I don’t need this reaction at all.
I just turned around and walked away, leaving the pillowcase there due to me being upset.
