Staff went above and beyond to help me right on closing time with something outside their usual line of service by googling YouTube videos to check how I could solve a technology issue. Such patience and did it all with a smile late on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend this place.

I have never seen a team work go so well! Kind, courteous, professional staff that go the extra mile to get my complex problem with my phone fixed. If you want to leave apple phone and transfer to android, the staff here absolutely love to take on a challenge and succeed in a timely manner. I highly recommend going in! Very reasonably priced and service you don't get anywhere like this anywhere else anymore.

Fixed my scree issue and showed me how to use a few things great service.

The staff at King IT were fantastic.

They knew exactly what my problem was on my phone and were able to fix it straight away. It seems it was a download that was causing the issues.

They were able to share some invaluable advice on how to prevent the issue from happening in the future.

I will definitely use their service again if I have other IT issues that I cannot solve.

I've come into this shop at maroochydore. Telstra couldn't help. Robert sorted straight away. Well done to him. I can certainly recommend his service and help. He talks very fast.

Completely and utterly confused on how anyone can give Ming less than 5 stars!!!! He’s an absolute legend, I’ve been shopping with him since he opened his shop, I am so clumsy so I’ve gone through a few screen protectors and cases and Ming is always so polite and has speedy turn around time on repairs! I wouldn’t trust any other person to fix my phone the way he does! The only negative feedback I see is from people too impatient to get a proper resolution for their issues 🤔 10/10 service
