Fantastic service. this company defiantly rates as five star. Suncity has a huge range of products available from all the top brands. the years of experience in Southeast Queensland make the the best value by far and really made it easy to select the right product. Communication was maintained throughout. The installers were respectful and professional at all times, completing a very neat install while maintaining a tidy work space and leaving nothing behind. these guys are definitely a credit to the company the boss should be shouting the beers this weekend.. Highly recommend.

Office staff were friendly & very helpful. I rang the day before Australia Day and hot water system was installed the day after Australia Day. It is in rental unit so have not seen the installation but the unit managers were happy with the job. And the price was competitive. Very happy. would certainly recommend.

Just had a solar system installed, was the best quality and price in the area. Availability was almost immediate and the service was great. Much appreciated, the hot water works great!

My old gas water heater stopped working so I rang for advice on converting to Electricity. That afternoon I had a new Heat Pump system installed and all the old system removed. Great service.

If I could give a zero star, I would.

Technicians visited our property several times to get our solar hot water system working. The system failed to work after they replaced the thermostat, solar temperature valve, a new solar water pump, and a new PC board. They did not diagnose or repair the system. We were charged for labor and needless parts. Our phone calls and written correspondence to try to resolve the problem went unanswered.

We went with another solar hot water company and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes.

After paying for a $3500 hot water system they busted a pipe in my laundry and it took them 2 months to fix it. And they fixed the pipe to the OUTSIDE OF THE WALL. With no explanation and now it’s completely ruined my laundry having a brass pipe exposed above the bench top. They could have discussed this with me and placed the pipes lower down UNDER the bench top. Absolutely poor communication skills and belittling behaviour from the office staff who answer phone calls. Would not recommend.

very misleading when comes to bill, worker came out was great, did no work and said need to charge you call out fee. Next minute we being charged a call out fee and one hours labor, call office they were rude said that's the rules, when questioning it, saying that is not what we got quoted/told she hang up on me. VERY BAD BUSINESS.
