AAA have managed our property very well and I would recommend them to anyone. Catrina is very well-organised, knowledgeable, has excellent communication and is the ultimate professional. She is very prompt responding to queries and always does her best to help. AAA use the latest electronic platforms to share information between property owners, which makes decision making much easier and faster to coordinate for the committee. Once again, I would recommend AAA Certified to anyone searching for a body corp management that goes above and beyond for their clients.

Tony & Co at AAA Certified Body Corporate Management are one of the better Body Corporate Management services on the Sunshine Coast. Their knowledge of Body Corp legislation & laws is wonderful, with communication always clear and professional and unlike many other Body Corporate Managers, doesn't exploit people and charge ludicrous prices for minor printing/emailing/processing jobs.

As Chairman of our b /c, it has been a pleasure to work with her. Catrina is extremely reliable & replies in a timely manner to any concerns we may have. The information we recieve from AAA is always reliable and our complex is well organised with all the Body Corporate regulations in place.

AAA Certified is a professional body corporate manager for strata complexes on the sunshine coast

After a nearly 20 year relationship with this business managing our bodycorp needs exceptionally well, a recent change of ownership and staff management and team member has left a gaping hole in their service. Unfriendly service, inefficient and inaccurate information provided. I hope this team of ladies works harder to improve and uphold the history of the AAA customer experience.

I can't even begin to express how bad my experience has been with this body corporate. Rude phone manners, hang up on you, don't reply to your emails or keep you up to date with what is going on, zero maintenance of our property (our garden is growing over). We basically have to run our own meetings so something will actually happen. I don't even know why we pay for their services. They keep removing my review. I'd stay far away. Usually I do the sandwich of feedback and try to find something positive (I give lots of 5 star reviews) but unfortunately I can't find a single thing.

AAA Body Corporate Management is the worst BC management company I have ever dealt with. I owned my unit for 22 years and never had any issues till the BC Committee engaged AAA BCM. Tina Scanlon is unprofessional and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

I would give AAA negative stars if I could. Unprofessional, condescending, rude & don’t know body corporate requirements. Watch your $$ - we can’t work out what half their charges are & we seem to get ripped off with contractors. Worst team ever - no one replies to emails & rude on the phone. I really hope we vote them out next AGM. Horrific & expensive - no one likes them so should be easy!

Have handed my personal details out without consent against all privacy legislation. Do not use this BC, the team is atrocious.

Horribly incompetent to deal with. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and have no idea how they're still in business.
