Katie was an absolute legend. I was at a wedding at the Gabbinar homestead and my Mum had a shoe fail and the legend (Katie) sent me some photo’s of some shoes and even delivered them to the venue. That is old school service that you don’t see much anymore! Katie, ask for at least $100k more because the service that you provided was second to none!

This shop has been a great part of Toowoomba since it has opened with the best staff, best stock for any occasion and i couldn't ask for anything better. 10 Stars.

The customer service is appalling. The lady working the Monday closing shift on 03/02/2020 really shouldn't be in retail. I went in, was ready to purchase shoes, and walked out purely on the fact she didn't even look up from the register. Was in the store for over 20mins. It's time to move this staff member on, as I have received the same service from her in the past. Will never walk in again if she is in the store.

not at all helpful. would not allow me to exchange shoes bought as a christmas gift that did not fit for a more expensive pair because I didn't have a receipt. Who gives a gift with a purchase receipt attached?
