We have been shopping here for a long time. Just recently we have been served by a new lad named Riley. He is just a lovely polite
young man. Very friendly and helpful. His customer service skills are amazing.

I met two staff members here who were both named Alex. They were very helpful when I was unable to find my double coat Tim-Tams and Pizza shapes. They definitely deserve a raise.

Andrea in the Deli is the kindest human I’ve ever encountered.
I was a little lost with the new setup and she took the time to help me and provide 10/10 customer service. It’s something so rare these days I was genuinely taken aback.

Coles Toowoomba Grand Central is my go-to grocery store. It's convenient, well-stocked, and the staff are friendly. I can find everything I need here, from fresh produce to household items. If you're in Toowoomba, it's a great place to shop!

Great range and great staff. Always happy to assist and serve. Ample room to move on the aisles. Daily specials and if you need to order items not in their range, the staff are happy to do so. Very clean store, a pleasure to shop.

5 given for service, although ALL these multi national businesses should employ a dedicated person to the cigarette counter! THIS IS DISCRIMINATION TO SMOKERS, as the person doing the checkout has two jobs to do all in the name of PROFIT. You should employ another Australian. Let's reduce you to 3 stars.

I always go here to buy fresh vegies and fruits. This place is a bit busy, so please come timely.

Coles supermarket is by far and away a significantly more efficient place to shop relative to the shopping experience one encounters at Woolworths.

An example that illustrates the aforesaid claim in crystal clear clarity:
▪you can phone Coles & they answer the call almost immediately and will be happy to, if you ask them nicely, run around their store; on your behalf, collecting a few items to be left at the front desk awaiting your collection.
▪Only the one time, in the dozen or so times I have called Woolworths, have they even answer the phone.

A very conveniently located Coles with warm staff. There is a lovely lady in the meat section who goes above and beyond to help you . The car park is quite close too. Have always had a nice shopping experience here and I will keep visiting.

It a good place to do grocery shopping whereby can get so many products, small plants as well as flowers available there. There's weekly specials every week. And friendly staff.

It's a clean Coles

Recently moved to Toowoomba and glad to see a full functional store in the heart of city, Grand Central.
Just a suggestion for bakery swction. Please start baking WHOLE WHEAT flat breads as well. I was informed that they bake only white flat breads. I used to buying whole wheat flat breads from Coles in a much smaller town in Queensland.

A beautiful and fresh food Coles Supermarket.
The fresh food is outstanding to say the very least.
As usual Coles pricing for a full format supermarket is sooo competitive and affordable.
The Coles Company is to be commended on this store.

Good place to shop, usually lower priced on most items. Very handy to the car park which isn't crowded.

The lady at the deli was super nice. Great selection of meat there as well.
