Pros: The coffee is very good. I especially love the carrot cake here. I ordered carrot cake almost every time I went to a new coffee shop and the carrot cake at Jamaica Blue is alway the best!

Cons: it is in the shopping mall and so the environment is a bit noisy.

Really thoughtful service from a young girl waitressing. Good coffee, 10/10 for the vanilla milkshake, and 10/10 for the chocolate hazelnut cookie.

A lady who went by the name of Addison was more than helpful today as she assisted with paying for my clients iced coffee. Due to his disability he has a hard time keeping track of money at times and he was 90c short and she didn’t mind helping out and paying the rest. Extremely kind , amazing coffee and best customer service ever!

Received coffees really quickly but then waited 45 minutes for food. On checking, the order had been lost BUT the staff were straight onto it and we had our order within 5 minutes. Also, our meals were excellent and we received an apology and a gift card for our next visit. Very impressed with how the staff remedied the situation.

Just had lunch with my mother, an the service here was wonderful an coffee great as usual but when we got the coffee my mum wanted sugar an I asked the girl ( whom is new) for sugar an she responded by asking white or raw sugar an no other place asks that they just bring what ever. The girl whom gave a wonderful service was Maria. Keep it up Maria as you make the customers experiences wonderful.

Fast service, kind workers and great drinks. I was served by a very nice staff member called Kate who served me and other customers with a smile and a nice conversation. Will definitely be coming back soon💜

I am so happy with my experience here. What I wanted wasn't on the menu but she offered to make it and it was perfect!

Excellent service. The iced chocolate was lovely. COVID-19 distancing of tables and scanning was done. Staff checked that I'd scanned in. Felt safe.

Seriously the best coffee we ever had, staff are friendly it was busy and we didn't have to wait more than 5 mins for our brunch can't recommend it enough
