Love the atmosphere, its a beautiful place to dine especially when you want to take your wife or husband boyfriend girlfriend or family to have some most delicious yummy chocolate drinks and yummy cakes to crepe and more . I enjoy my banana crepe and hot chocolate coming back for more.

We went to Max Brenner on 10/6/22 mid-morning and had a great experience. The food was good and came out quickly, and we didn’t wait long for our coffees either. Staff was friendly and were attentive. Thanks for a lovely, experience!

Amazing service this evening. Staff were extremely patient and professional dealing with an influx of customers. During a customer's aggressive and unnecessary outburst, staff were reasonable and collected in their deportment. Will visit again.

Fantastic food and service. It was a busy Friday night and the store was packed but only had to wait 10 minutes. Great hot Chocolates as usual. Highly recommend the Choc-Fudge Brownie Sunday! Staff were polite and got through the orders quickly.

Shout out to the amazing staff at Max Brenner in Toowoomba on Friday night, especially Robbie, Mariecel, and Drey! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our visit extra special. The other staff member also deserves a big thank you too I didn’t catch her name! The waffles were absolutely divine, and the staff always had a smile on their faces. I really enjoyed the new menu item "Max's maple pancakes" - it was a nice tasty break from all the chocolate, and delicious! Had them with a classic milk hot chocolate - perfect! 😋🥰

I was a bit hesitant after I read the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I gave this place a go! Service was super lovely. Everything we ordered came out very fast. I couldn’t fault anything! Super clean, very prompt service, amazing food and drink. I’d definitely go back! 7pm Saturday night was our chosen time.
