The most helpful and promptly responding Agent we have experienced. My wife and I have had several investment properties over the last 20 years, mainly in West Australia, but one also in Brisbane. The Brisbane property was a worry for us as we live in Perth and can't be as hands on as we like. Great team to work with!
We worked with the Vine team for both the purchase and lease of our property. During the purchase of the property, my husband and I agreed the team was excellent to work with and because of this, they were our first pick when looking to later lease the property.
Baylee and Jess have been awesome to work with. As first time landlords we were a little concerned with just generally not understanding the process or missing things, but Baylee walked us through everything before locking anything in, making sure we understood all the details and processes and helped us set everything up to put us in the best position possible for her to manage the property.
We haven't had to worry about a thing since leaving our lease in Baylee's hands, she's been great with communication, to make sure we're on top of anything the tenants need and vice versa when we have any questions she's quick to reply.
