Bakers Knot Bakery did a great job on my nephews birthday cake. We asked for vanilla sponge with cream layers and chocolate decorations and this is what they came up with. We were very happy with the result and the cake was delicious and everything we asked for. Thank you all so much for the great job and the service was excellent from ordering to pick up.

Travelling through cairns and found THE BEST cheese and bacon pies and sausage rolls we’ve had in a long time. The sweets were delicious as well - we had jam donuts and the wonderfully named knot donut.
The owner was lovely, giving us so many ideas of places to go and see. Lovely to get advice from a local and have a chat while having something to eat.
We will definitely come back again next time we’re in cairns! ❤

What a fantastic cake! The staff were wonderful and spent time to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond to produce a cake within a few hours! The cake looked magnificent and tasted perfect. We had it for my partners birthday and all 6 of us totally loved it! The sponge was light, the chocolate was delicious and raspberries & chocolate covered strawberries finished it off perfectly. Thank you to all at the bakery - you guys are amazing.

We ordered a 60th birthday cake - a double sponge with beautiful fresh cream and jam and strawberries. The sponge was absolutely delicious and the top of the cake set it off completely. Highly recommend Bakers Knot. Great value.

This beautiful bakery is a true gem in the heart of Cairns. Not only are the products absolutely delicious (my favourites are the cinnamon donuts and cream buns!), but the staff are friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. There's a wide variety of cakes, pies, pastries, etc; and you can also get a coffee or hot chocolate. Scott and his team are absolutely wonderful! I can only highly recommend this lovely bakery!

Don’t wast your time looking around. We looked for the best baker in cairns to get a birthday cake for our son and we found it. The quality and helpfulness of this shop can not be understated. A big thanks to the staff, they were awesome. My son recons its the best cake he has ever had. Thank you so much for going out of your way to make sure we had it in time when you had no time. Highly recommend.

Big thanks to Scott who assisted with my little one’s birthday cake in April. We will never forget the incredible cake and your dedication to making the day so fun on her special day. And while injured, I still appreciate it so much.

I can't fault the service we received from Scott and his team. We ordered a chocolate mud cake for my brother's birthday and it was prepared and ready on time. It looked wonderful and was delicious!

I am away from home staying in an holiday apartment and committed to providing desserts for a friends casual pizza night for fourteen people before I found out that next day is a public holiday . The next morning at 11:00 we venture out and sure enough most shops are closed but the bakery on Abbot Street , Cairns is open .

I had a conversation explaining my predicament to the amiable baker who offered all sorts of options including other businesses like IGA , Night Owl before volunteering to bake two apple strudels by 16:00 . He duly performed and they were ready as promised .

He truly went above and beyond not only did he produce them on time but they were magnificent, really really nice .
He is a credit to his trade/art , to hospitality and to the region as a whole in terms of earning tourism good will points .

Had a beautiful cake made last minute by the talented Baker of Bakers Knot Bakery he had less than a day to bake this and it was stunning and personalised. The baker went above and beyond and his kindness was unmatchable. I would recommend this baker and his bakery to everyone for all their bakery needs.

This Bakery has gone above and beyond with my daughter's cake. The team are amazingly skilled and extremely helpful. Absolutely loved their work soo much that everyone who tasted their work have begged for where I got it from. I work here, I’ve been paid every week, been working here for 1 month, boss has been very accommodating, giving me days and hours that I’ve wanted. Overall, it’s been a very positive place to work for, extremely generous with his employees and I’ll be staying here for while!

Also, food is always fresh, never taking shortcuts and it’s the most unusual delicious breads I’ve ever seen!

First I just went to call out their excellent rolls! This bakery had phenomenal service and a wide array of tasty bakes. It's definitely worth checking out, you can thank me later!

I was on vacation and needed a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday which wasn't easily available in Cairns city area....although this wasn't sold, I was offered a one off custom made cake which was one of the best cakes I have bought and the taste was amazing. Highly recommend this bakery for good service and food.

I haven’t had a cream bun since I was a kid & the one I had from here took me back. Had a sample of the chilli bread also & it was surprisingly tasty.

Fantastic friendly staff and service, there pies and sausage rolls are very tasty and fresh.
Their breads are tasty and fresh to.

The plain and chocolate croissants are amazing! I bought one and ended up going back from several times for more.

Must try the SPICY DEVIL DOG! Extremely filling and tasty, full of chorizo salami and tomato spicy sauce. definitely be going back for another one!! Best pie variety in town too!!
