Dr Tang was very kind and caring.
I would recommend his services to anyone.
Ran on time which is refreshing.
The centre was clean and spacious and parking was easy.
Quick check in and out.
Handy to have chemist right next door with helpful staff also.

Spacious non crowded airy light waiting room. Easy to wait in.

Doctor seen was experienced, very experienced, and great, caring and efficient.

I truly can't believe the self entitled complaints listed on this medical centre from.tge typical.whinging "how dare they not treat me special enough" patients.

People want all health care for free, and instantly..... and they cant begin to fathom the efforts drs and reception go to, so the vast range of health problems can be managed well.

Anyone in Australia complaining about health care at any level, should re think or go live somewhere else.

The doctors are sometimes late, but all that means is that every patient is being looked after as best as possible.

Also Dr Kidd is the GOAT

First time at this clinic and what a wonderful experience. I would like to acknowledge one of the receptionists at this practice in particular. I spoke with Karen on the phone yesterday, she was polite, happy and very accommodating. She managed to fit me in at late notice around my tight roster schedule with zero fuss.. . It’s not hard to be polite and happy but it really makes a positive impact on a business as a whole. Thanks for a great first experience!

My usual docotor was away and my daughter was battling a nasty infection. I rung reception and they were lovely and super helpful and able to fit me in with Dr Del la cruise. He saw to us right away, made her feel comfortable and got us what we needed without delay and explained everything to us clearly. Even checked in with us not long after. His patient care was great to my daughter and helping calm my stressed out wife 10/10 would recommend this surgery and it's docotors to anyone.

My family have been patients here for the last few months, myself and my husband are so happy to have found a great medical centre, the Doctors and Staff go above and beyond. I had an appointment last week and the receptionist Lennie remembered my booking and name before I even spoke, so lovely. The Nurse Shakira who looked after us while I received treatment and her continuity of care was amazing. Very blessed to have found such a professional, friendly and caring centre.

Friendly and helpful reception team, managed to get me a long appointment the week before I started work.
The nurse was very professional and treated me well.
Doctor Dela Cruz was great to see, and got through everything quickly.

Dr Richard is incredible! This was my first time back at this medical centre since I was a child and the service from this doctor was amazing. He was able to maintain a supportive and comfortable environment while delivering some of the best service I’ve ever received.

I wanted to thank the beautiful Staff here on the reception counter, Lennie, Vince, Tenielle & Karen!
These beautiful humans, have been most helpful through my experience getting my scripts sent to my pharmacy's whether I am interstate or out of area.
They go above & beyond without any negative vibes no matter how many times I bother/phone them trying to sort my out of region locations, they have never huffed or given me that feeling of anxiety about enquiries, and always happy to help me!

I am not a Kedron local, and live over an 1 hour away, however I wouldn’t stray away from this practice, as they make me feel welcome and comfortable no matter my situation:)

I've been seeing Dr Kidd for years now and he is the best GP I have ever met. He truly cares about making sure your health needs are attended to, even if running over the appointment time (making most appointments a little late but I doubt anyone minds when the service is this amazing).

Dr Kidd has helped me immensely in my mental health journey, always making sure to cover all bases. I always leave feeling heard.

I couldn't recommend Dr Kidd more highly.

Chemist was there, which was really convenient for picking up my script immediately after my doctor's appointment. They had the NRL game on but not too loud which is ideal for me because I don't like when sports are too loud.

No one made a big deal out of my gross finger like they did at another establishment (that will remain nameless unless you look at my profile) which really made me feel less self conscious.

Receptionists were nice, doctor was a cool dude. :^) (that's a playful smile emoji, my mum just taught me how to make those... LOL)

Edit: Sorry if that last bit with the emoji was unprofessional, I'm trying to add a bit of levity to these reviews, I've been told they're drier than a sayo biscuit. Hahahaha, there I go again! XD

Excellent staff at reception. My GP Dr Griffin is excellent and listens to me and explains thoroughly to me about my medical conditions. Treats me like a person. The pharmacy staff are excellent and explain about the medication i am taking thoroughly. Very friendly medical centre.

Young British worker new to Australia and the different style of health system here. Have had two appointments with Dr Ruth McWhinney and what an excellent medical professional she is. I have asthma and severe anxiety that causes me to have horrible physical symptoms that can easily be mixed up with those of my asthma. She has me on a pharmacological path that is already changing my life(which has been unbearable for the last 3 months), has referred me to appropriate psychological personnel and explained, in detail, everything I needed to know. She has answered all of my questions in simple detail so I understand everything. Polite and efficient reception staff and pharmacy staff too. Maybe you have to wait a little longer for your booked appointment if it's busy? Maybe you have to pay for your appointment? Things sometimes take longer than expected, how would you like your appointment rushed because someone else doesn't want to have to wait? Truth of the matter is, the establishment works, the doctors are very good and if it's for your health, it's worth every cent and every minute. Highly reccomend, thank you Dr McWhinney!

I've always been very happy with this medical centre and the doctors are very nice. I've seen a few of the doctors now and not one of them has been rude or unkind - they are all very lovely. The waiting time is generally really good and they always have a lot of doctors on staff and appointment availability. Great medical centre!

Both doctors and receptionists are friendly and compassionate at Kedron. Had an appointment recently with Dr Ruth McWhinney who I found extremely helpful. Within the consultation Dr McWhinney was compassionate and very understanding. Would highly recommend to all.

Dr Patel is awesome. These 5 stars relate to him only. Not the other Dr's.

Overheard a call with Doc who is running late today, he got cross and he hung up on the receptionist. Lots of Sunday patients here to see him. Poor that he leaves everyone hanging.

Shame Dr Patel wasn't in.

The reviews on here are laughable and clearly show individuals lack of knowledge and understanding. Well done to the entire team at this place for dealing with the crowds of unappreciative and rude people every day.

Wow, what a team! Dr McWhinney and clinical nurse, Cris are just the best. I came to Dr McWhinney with 2nd degree burns to my hand and with her care and attention my hand is now functioning better then ever. I would like to thank Dr McWhinney and Cris for their professionalism but also for caring for me. Thank you.
