Reception staff are very helpful. Nurse very efficient in giving vaccinations. Dr Wheeler is attentive when managing several health follow-ups/reviews - really appreciated the bill billing for the long appointment. All staff greeted me with a smile and were professionally friendly.

Such a great practice. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. Dr Jenkins is so wonderful. Always listens to your concerns and is very thorough. She is lovely and caring and my children love her. It’s so nice having a great local GP practice.

I wouldn’t normally do this, but I have say Dr. Elena Downs is quite possibly the most exceptional General Practitioner I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.

She is kind, considerate, financially understanding, highly knowledgeable and a very comforting presence overall.
She actively listens and allots a generous amount time and patience to do so - subsequently she never fails to very insightfully, mindfully, and compassionately respond with wonderfully helpful treatment options.

Could not highly regard and recommend her more as a dedicated and admirably stellar example of her craft.

I have taken both my teenage daughters here, seen two different GPs in the past few weeks and they have both been exceptionally personable, caring, attentive, thorough and supportive. I am so happy I have found this clinic and can highly recommend.

A review of a medical centre is always going to be a bit dependent on your experience with the doctor. I have been fortunate to see an excellent practitioner, but I can also say that the supporting staff are wonderful - friendly, helpful and professional, and that the clinic is light, airy and clean with modern facilities. The only difficulty can be parking, as this is somewhat limited.

Great medical practice where the doctors really care about your health concerns. I have also brought my baby here and they are very kind and gentle. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going here.

Clean, well presented waiting area, smiles on all of the staff. The Dr I saw explained things in a way I could understand and retain. Then the after care like paying and any paper work was done in a swift manner with a smile.

I have been a patient at Kedron Wavell since moving to the area in 2017 and I can’t recommend a medical clinic more than this one. I have seen numerous GPs here and the level of care from all is exceptional. I am particularly thankful for the care I was given last year before and after a rather traumatic surgery. As a healthcare worker in the area myself, I regularly recommend this practice to my clients.

All the staff are very lovely and are dedicated professionals. I came in as a walk-in emergency, and they were able to squeeze me in, and I felt very cared for.

The reception ladies are very courteous and helpful. The doctors have always been helpful, caring and extremely interested in getting to the correct conclusion about the condition. They are very busy so are sometimes a little late on appointment time but everyone gets their time.

I really like this medical centre, everyone is very friendly and Dr Amy Palmer is great. I find her warm and comforting and I feel like she genuinely listens and cares. I highly recommend this medical centre!

The staff at the counter are always friendly & helpful. Dr Jane Walters who is my dr is always caring, willing to listen & knows what she is doing. It's also helpful that there is a chemist there & a Sullivan Nicolades for blood tests.
