Mane Property

Mane Property have been the best real estate I have ever rented from. We don’t have many problems but if we do they have been on to it straight away. If I ever move, I’ll be looking for another property through Mane! Keep it up legends

I have an investment property that is being managed by Mane Property. In my experience the company is highly professional and well managed. The team that is responsible for rentals are professional, courteous and demonstrate sound judgement. They have provided me with competent advice, comprehensive reporting and follow up action in the effective oversight of my investment property. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who values the professional management of their property.

As first time renters, even I can say we had a relatively disappointing experience. We went about 2 months without a functional oven, even though we were reassured that all assets were functional. We later found out (after requesting maintenance) that it was a gas stove (brand new gas stove in a property not supplied gas!) How do you go that long without knowing your property has no gas lines? On top of this, we were assured there was a laundry area, which it turns out there wasn't. After this, we began to expect the bare minimum; it's a shame this standard wasn't even met. The kicker was really the inapt communication skills, slow response times, and general lack of urgency or care. Toward the end of our tenancy they began to blatantly shift their energy to "Oops! accidentally sent that to the wrong email! It must have bounced back a month ago and I suppose I didn't care enough to follow up hehe!" I would not recommend this real estate at all. Truly unprofessional and amature.

Think of the stock standard greasy realestate agents and leasing managers. That’s what you get with Mane Property. If you like 30% + annual price increases, mane property is the branch for you. When you inevitably depart from their overpriced undersized Harry Potter closest apartments, don’t worry about getting a bond clean. You’ll still recieve an email about the place not being upto standards followed by photos of clean counter tops and blurry pictures of white walls. After renting with mane property for 2+ years, I can confidently say I won’t ever recommend this sleazy team to anyone. And for the love of god don’t try and negotiate the price hike, they’ll just send an eviction notice.
