Windsor Smith DFO

Wonderful staff and service. I walked in to find a pair of boots (while currently wearing a pair of boots which I bought from Windsor Smith but had seen better days) and the lovely Kez offered to clean up my boots for free while I had a look around! Even though they no longer had the boots I wanted, I was blown away by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I always recommend Windsor Smith, but in particular I would especially recommend the DFO team for their knowledge and excellent service. (My old raggedy boots look good as new!)

The staff here are FANTASTIC! Kez was awesome in helping my daughter find formal shoes today. I’ve shopped here for years, the sales are great & quality exceptional. Highly recommend talking to the girls in this store!

Visited the store today to look for wedding shoes for my Maid of honour and both Groom and Best man.Kez was very help and such a lovely lady, nothing was a hassle. Kez was very friendly. Will be going back definitely

Got me some dope shoes here. The lady serving was really nice and polite. Shoes are very comfortable and cost $100 which is reasonable for work clothes

Excellent shop experience

I asked for help to purchase a navy pair of mens shoes. Initially, the assistant manager Maddison seemed really helpful. I was in a rush, with 3 kids trailing behind me...so I paid for the shoes and left but when I returned to my hotel and looked in the box, the shoes she had sold me were 100% black. Even after contacting the Area Manager for Windsor Smith and explaining the situation, I was refused a refund. I was NOT informed when purchasing the shoes that they do not do refunds under any circumstances - even when their staff are at fault. Unbelievable?! The staff at this store have no knowledge of consumer rights, nor do they care to uphold them. It would seem they're also colourblind. I will never shop with Windsor Smith ever again. Nor will my friends and family.
