I recently had surgery and was so impressed by the care I received from the medical staff. My nurse Dahlia was exceptional—skilled, gentle, and thorough in doing my dressing. She made me feel at ease during the whole process. Kiran,the front desk lady was equally amazing—warm, welcoming, and always greeted me with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made my recovery much more pleasant. Best service I've experienced in a medical setting. Highly recommended!

I get very nervous going anywhere other than my regular gp, especially being a woman and having mental health and reproductive conditions but I highly recommend this centre. The receptionist was lovely and Dr Mohan was excellent. Trust and bedside manner is so important to me, so I will definitely be coming to you guys outside of my regular gp’s hours.

I started to see Dr Ganesh recently and she is absolutely amazing. The nurse Dhalia is delightful too.

Dr Smitha Joshi, one of the best GP. I have never come across anyone like her. She will detailed analysis and find the root cause of any issue.

I find everyone from the reception staff, the nurse & the Dr’s extremely helpful & very professional. I am never rushed out & I always feel they care about me. Dr Shankar, Dr Sri & Dr Balagi are all great Dr’s as far as I am concerned. Most of the time I have an appointment & I can honestly say I have never waited more than 10 mins past my appointment time in 5 years. If I do just walk in, I expect to wait my turn, but I am always seen. I really don’t have a bad word to say about this practice & I have sent many friends there.

We go here since last 4 years. Always positive experiences. Doctors are good. We usually consult Dr Balaji and he’s really knowledgeable, caring and accomodating. Nurses are good too. Did all our daughter’s vaccinations there. Nurse Dahlia is a super star she handles my two year old really well. The centre is bulk-billing, so easy on your pocket. Overall highly recommended.

Highly recommend, extremely good service and amazing doctors. Our entire family use this practice and they are always happy to accommodate us. Clerical staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Easy booking process, lovely staff and great doctors. Needed to see a doctor for my one year old on a Saturday night - and Northwest Medical Centre came to the rescue. Reception staff were so kind. Went in right on time, and doctor was fantastic with my little boy. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

I cannot recommend NWHMC highly enough. I finally found a group of Doctors that made my families medical appointments, personal, instead of the "in, round and out" service so many other practises offer.

Have always had amazing service. Dr Balage is amazing always recalls why you visited previously and includes children in conversations for their treatment. Stacey, the office manager goes above and beyond.

Excellent service and very friendly and the doctor I saw was very caring and helpful ,very easy parking too and the Centre Has very easy access 10 out of 10 for the centre at Rouse hill.
