He guided me through various shoe options, considering my preferences and needs. He made sure I found the perfect fit, patiently allowing me to try on multiple pairs. With his help, I found an ideal pair of everyday shoes that I love. The whole experience at ASICS DFO was enjoyable, and I highly recommend Moe and the store for excellent customer service and top-notch footwear selection.

Rang and spoke to Amanda on the phone and she was there to serve me also in store. Fantastic service and advice. Her manager (Anna I think ,, sorry ) help me with a after purchaes enquirie and was just as good.

If you want to buy any of the named shoes, DFO is the place to go. Much cheaper than retail outlets. I went to the ASICS store to buy grass and running shoes for my son. Soon as I started looking at shoes we were approached by a staff member. She was pleasant to work with and assisted us in finding exactly what I required for my son. So I am thankful for her help. I would recommend this store to anyone without reservation.

Manager Natalie was amazing in customer service . She is very knowledgeable and will assist customer to find best shoes . Thank you !

What amazing service we received from Eloise yesterday. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly it’s not often you get to deal with people like her in retail. She was fantastic.

Came in early for Boxing Day sales and the staff were very friendly and calm considering it was already very busy. Would recommend

Went in looking for something specific for a football boot, was immediately approached by Matisse who was amazingly helpful. Said they didn’t have many boots in but let me try on what returns they did have out the back, and then even recommended other brands rather than pressuring me to buy a show that may not have been perfect for my needs. I’ll always try ASICS first.

What helpful staff and a very good proportion of helpers to shoppers. Was guided on my choice of shoe and ensured I had the right fit. On my visit was lucky to score a small gift.

They have a great range of styles and sizes. I was able to find a pair of sneakers that I liked. The store was extremely busy when I went, but the service was still great and the queues moved quickly.

Visited the DFO store today to return a pair of shoes I purchased 6 months ago and had no receipt nor was it in the box I really appreciate the service I got from Owen who spent a lot of time tracking my invoice and he granted me the full refund his service was friendly and professional
We also went on to buy 2 more pairs of running shoes ASICS has been our chosen brand of running shoes for over 30 years and with the service I received today even the staff are as good as the shoes 😀😀 Thant you Owen

As an athlete, I have always had an addiction to asics runners...I cant seem to enter that shop without buying a new pair.
Their is always some good value shoes on sale, whether they are for my children, my wife or myself...It is a great place to buy comfy gym gear that can be used anywhere..

Always good service, always has stock of the half size shoes that most other retailers don't

I like how it's laid out. You can easily navigate. Except for the training pants. I was successful of finding the ones I like but what's with the lace tight fitted joggers, like why? 😂 They're better without them.

Similar to the UK McArthur Glenn outlets, but cheaper in most cases. Good range of shops, decent prices.
