I had a great experience at 99 Bikes Kedron. I went to purchase a bike rack for my hatchback and was served by Dale. He was super helpful, he even came out the back to the carpark to look at my car to make sure the rack I was buying would be suitable. Above and beyond. They were very busy but they seemed to be running a well oiled machine 😉 I was happy with my bike rack, and it was super easy to fit to my car. Great prices too. Thanks 😀

I'm very glad to have bought my ebike and another bike for my son from 99 bikes kedron. value for money packages and great pricing on bikes. the front desk staff (there are a few of them) and mechanic Kyle who served me have always been very helpful even with the silliest questions and if they can't answer on the spot they will research and get back so as to not provide false information. turnover of service/bike fixing is reasonably quick. will not hesitate to buy anything from them or bring my bikes in for service with them. it's true sometimes they get busy and have to divide their attention but I've always been served reasonably well - better to pop in during weekdays when it's quieter as is the general case with all retailers

Had Andrew serve me at Kedron and he helped me get the online price beat I had requested even though he wasn’t able to match it in store. He explained why he couldn’t do it and let me know that if I placed the click and collect order in store he’d fulfill it asap which meant I get the item and the best price within 15 minutes.

Went in store to pick up an online order and the guys were extremely helpful. I had made a mistake on the order yet they fixed it up without any issues. Huge shoutout to Darren, he took the time to make sure that my new bike was fitted properly for my height and explained a few of the accessories that I had bought. I came away from the store happy, thanks again guys

I have visited 99 Bikes in Kedron before when I bought my wife a bicycle. The service has always been warm and friendly, very helpful and their prices has been good.

Today I called 99 Bikes, to enquire about a bicycle for my son, I picked a few bikes from their website and just wanted to know which is the best choice, since I am no expert. I spoke with Patrick, who was very helpful and patient with my 1000 questions.

After school I went there and met Patrick in person, who had the bike ready, and helped me fit a water bottle for my son, and we also got some discount.

Can’t thank Joel and Kyle enough for all their patience and knowledge in helping me put my bike back together. What started as a recondition in my garage 3 months ago, soon turned into a mammoth task, so I decided to just go and see the boys in the bike workshop. With all the online ordering affected with covid and given it’s an old bike and hard to get parts, the guys did a great job in sourcing parts from cranks, to pedals, new grips, wheels and even salvaging some of the axle to get it looking exactly how I wanted it. I’d say it’s mainly a mountain bike/road bicycle shop, so this was not a normal job, but the boys took it on and delivered. Certainly saved me a lot of time and effort.

My first bike purchase for my son and myself went smooth and with a wealth of knowledge from Patrick. We gave him a Budget and he nailed what we wanted and kept it within that range. Thanks again mate we will be coming back for my wife’s bike 👍👍

I haven't been on a bike for many years and I really need to lose some weight. I figured a push bike would be just the ticket. I did some online research first and then went into the store. Andrew was friendly and knowledgable. He gave me ample time for a couple of test rides and helped me choose some accessories. He gave me a few different price points for various items and I never felt pressured for the upsell. It was a great shopping experience and I look forward to getting in shape on my new bike. Highly recommend.

The team here at this store are amazing. They know their stuff, shout out Hamish this guy made sure he put me on the right bike for me. Heaps of accessories at the shop as well.

Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a new bike. Mega range, and awesome staff. Tested out 3 bikes which Elliot very kindly set up for me, and took the 3rd one home at a great price. Will be definitely coming back for servicing and accessories.

Bought my daughters first bike here. Sales man was very helpful and the bike is fantastic. Glad we didn't buy a cheap one elsewhere. It's a much better quality bike and she can ride it easily even though she's only 2. The cheaper ones are heavier and she can't push the pedals properly.

Andrew has great product knowledge, and clearly explained the options which helped us make a decision on what bikes would be best for us.
