Personal is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Service to bicycles always effective which is integrated with Hubtiger app to track when to service bicycle and components, and make bookings for service a breeze. One of those place you like hang around looking at products and having. Good chat about bycicles and rides.

Recently I invested in a new bike from Planet. During the process I spoke with several team members and the service was A+ from start to finish. Jordan was brilliant, helping me figure out the specifics of what I needed based on my ride style, and doing a bunch of legwork to make adjustments and tweaks so the bike ticked all the boxes for me. Murray and Simon helped me with pre and post purchase fittings - I now know I've never ridden a bike that actually fits me, until now 😅 As a customer from before the change of ownership, it's awesome to see the same great service from Planet under the Specialized brand. Very happy with the rig, and can't recommend Planet highly enough. Cheers team 🤙🚴‍♂

Amazing team, very professional yet also very down to earth, made me feel like I was extremely important even though others around were spending 10s of thousands and I was not they treated you as an equal wich is rare in high end specialist retail shops. I bought the exact bike I wanted I was able to test it, try different positions, was advised different paths and even on a busy Saturday afternoon I added things to my bike last minute and still I left with in a very short time with my new bike serviced polished all new parts fitted!! One very happy boy my only complaint is my legs hurt now 😂 Deb and team thankyou amazing service!!

Excellent service from the team at Planet Cycles. Needed a SRAM cassette mid-rebuild for my gravel bike, and they had one ready to go in under an hour. Awesome customer service, definitely will be back!

Popped in to get some advise on switching out road tyres for gravel tyres on my commuter bike for better comfort, was greeted within seconds of entering the store. The staff showed me some options and offered to fit them as I waited for all of $10. They found a few broken spokes on my rear wheel, repaired the broken spokes for no extra charge and gave me 50% off on the new tyres. Best customer experience I have ever had.

On a side note, I popped into the Trek store for the same request, on the same day. I was the only person in the store and was ignored for 5 mins. No offer to fit the tyres and shown some over priced $120 each gravel tyre's. I walked out of Planet Cycles with two tyres, new tubes, repaired spokes for the cost a little more than one tyre from Trek.

Mitch was amazing. I had came in with a crashed bike and what looked to be a bent deraliur and hanger but not only did he fix that he mange to spot other fine problems and fix them no problem while managing to go the extra mile by giving the bike a detailed clean and polish while even giving the chain a fresh waxing. Thankyou for the amazing service!

I've been looking for a replacement for my Cervélo Caledonia 5 and was interested in the Specialized Aethos. My friend, Jessie, introduced me to Planet Cycles & after two bike fits (which they've gone over and beyond to perfect it) and two test rides (really grateful for allowing me to test them) for different sized Aethos, it was a no brainer.

The service is beyond great, the bike fits are done to perfection (with minor feedback and testing) and overall just a great experience! Highly recommend visiting them! Best bike shop experience ever.

I bought a Scott Spark MTB 😍

Took wheel in to get trued and the hub looked at. Shop was booked up for weeks, but staff went out of their way and took the time to check over wheel and make some small adjustments on the spot to get me through till then. Very friendly and professional help, will be back.

I will update this with a photo once I’ve completed my assembly but for the moment let me say this - what a great service was provided to me by Davin at Planet Cycles. Easy to talk to. Easy to deal with. Happy to find additional solutions. To the point. Shipped on time. Did all the little extra things I asked for. I would say that if you went online and couldn’t find what you are looking for - go to Planet Cycles website and then give them a buzz - I had phoned five businesses before them and they are about a third as helpful so the decision was a no brainer to use them.

Update: so I took delivery of the bike and then converted it into an e bike using Johnson at volition Bondi junction and now I’m proud to say it a unique and wonderfully smooth bike for the sydney hills and to commute to the city and I encourage you to purchase your bike with planet regardless of whether you intend to ride it as is or convert it.

Went to another store first as they had a sale price advertised. Turned out they didn't have the Rockhopper (or anything similar) in the right size for my boy. Planet did, and 10% cheaper. Very happy with the service. Can't report on the bike as it's yet to be ridden.
