I stand by these guys. No flashy advertising or fantastical promises. The quality shows in their work and transparency. I required major repairs to be done to my Scirocco, and they did it to the highest quality. Years on and it’s still going strong.

They are very patient and trustworthy mechanic. Also, they were very transparent about what they fixed and why. Definitely recommended!

Great garage tucked away near Park rd railway station. Dropped the car off went to work by rail. They kept me informed and I felt I was being looked after. Pricing was reasonable too.

My Audi A5 had a alert pop up, been searching for a good Audi mechanic and found these guys. Their google star rating look good so I gave them a go.

They were awesome, really friendly. Honest and told you what repair was necessary and what wasn’t, so they gave you an option. Really quick. Just overall friendly too. These guys are now my mechanics moving forward.

I had some plastic wrap stuck with my rare wheel (which I knew once they told me). Actually, my car was smelling while driving as if something is burning and I was afraid it's something big. Went to them first time and they accommodated me same day. They inspected car thoroughly and with a bill below $100; all was fine. Very honest and professional.

They made my Merc C200 look and feel the same as brand new. Fixed the steering and suspension issue. The amount that they charged me for was way less than he Merc service centre.
These guys know what they do and they are very fair. They only fix what needs to be fixed, nothing more or less.

I have been a customer for many years and used to bring my old beetle to Gordon. This was the first time I have brought a vehicle for a service since he moved on and I was very pleased with the experience. Bryant is very knowledgable, diligent, friendly and provides excellent customer service at a good price.

I have used Phoenix for several years now to fix my VW. They even came to my aid to keep the car running after a series amount of hail damage required some new side mirrors back in the day. I have since got a new car and cant wait to return to see them once I get through my first service with the VW dealership. very friendly, honest and responsible staff. my 2010yr VW polo had timing chain break down and petrol leaking into engine problem on 76km. VW asked me $3000 to fix. However, Phoenix inspected my car and teach me successfully how to claim warranty from VW. Ended up, it only cost me hundred dollars to fix everything. Thank you so much. Highly recommend to everyone.

I use to bring my golf to Phoenix for regular service. I have just noticed unusual noise and ask them check for me. They find out issue with the gearbox and teaching me how to claim warranty with vw. End up vw fully cover, it's save me $2700. Thanks Phoenix guys.
