Officeworks Woolloongabba

Very prompt click and collect service, got the school supplies list fulfilled and ready for pickup within just a couple of days. Only had to order 2 other books that officeworks did not have. But all in all was happy I got everything needed in time for school start.

06.08.2022 This store is great. Huge! Went to get a few photos re-printed. Caitlin was fantastic, she deserves 5 stars for patience, friendliness and definitely knowing her job. ID card photos taken here too.
Everything was reasonably priced, lots of range of goods.

Big shout out to the amazing staff and Officeworks Woolloongabba. Every time I come here, they are courteous, professional, super fast & efficient. The ladies in the copy centre are wonderful. So fast & professional. Geoff in Tech is an amazing font of wisdom. He explains things thoroughly so it’s easy to understand. I’m very happy to recommend them & support this store with my custom.

Went there to return and purchase a new laptop for University. The staff were very dismissive and not helpful what so ever apart from William, he took the time to help me and was very nice throughout. If it wasn’t for him, I’m afraid the reviews would be worse than they already are I understand being prompt is apart of work but nobody looks like they want to be there and the management made me sad just looking at her. Thank goodness for William!

Really helpful staff who went out of their way to help me with a complex requirement. They went out of their way to accommodate me.

The staff were also safety conscious too, immediately being on the alert when there was a potential safety incident across the road. It made me feel safe as a customer knowing that they were so aware if their environment.

In addition, I’ve consistently been able to obtain products from the Gabba store when they’ve been sold out in other stores closer to home or work. It’s been well worth the extra drive, including never having a problem getting parking.

They are nice and handy to the PA Hospital, too, so the Gabba Officeworks store has been really handy to pick up necessities when I’ve had to visit friends/rellies on the way to or from.

A huge thank you to the staff at Officeworks. I had a significant problem with my laptop. The amazing staff member ( sorry I didn’t take your name) delved into the technical problem exploring potential causes and finally using his skill identified and ultimately fixed the problem for me. This is why I am a loyal Officeworks customer. Thank you again!

Doing usually leave google reviews for massive chains like office works. However was served by kyle and was particularly impressed with his over and above service. Gove this man a raise!

Jenny the manager is an absolute gem! She provided a 5-star customer service experience when assisting with an urgent order of pull-up banners for an upcoming business conference. She understood the pickle I was in and saved the day to ensure we had the printed marketing collateral we needed in time for an upcoming event. Highly recommend.

Well at first my experience wasn't good. My photograph was cropped and important information was cropped off it. I asked for the Manager's help as I needed the photograph to travel to Sydney at short notice. Daniel was amazing! He gave me his personal work email and reprinted the photo and delivered it to me at my home which is near Officeworks. He went above and beyond to turn a negative outcome into a positive one. Great range of products Always a spare printer, cheaper than running a home printer. Staff are super helpful and go out of there way to find products for you or give advice.

I recently visited the store to scan photos for my father’s funeral. Jennah was extremely helpful. Even without me mentioning the reason behind my visit, she went above and beyond. Thank you so much for you amazing service, it meant more than you know xx

2 days ago had the most positive experience with Milo who works there within the print section, he was attentive and super helpful. He really goes the extra mile for customers. His customer service is impeccable and used lateral thinking to solve the problem for me. He gave stand out service while the photo printing machines were not working as expected, he went above and beyond his duty to make sure we we were able to print our photos, if I wasn’t for him we would have left the store very unhappy, but he made a huge difference! The Wollongabba Officeworks stocks Montana Black and Montana Gold spray paint lines. Best prices around hands down, not only that, they usually have the entire range in stock at this particular store (Gabba) or you might have to wait one day for them to get it in.
Either way... its nice to see all the colours in stock all the time and the fact their open late most nights and early each morning makes it handy when you run out of outline or fill colours halfway through your piece.

Great customer service. I was collecting a print job, and the team member was unable to locate the job. As it turns out it was in one of the drawers. I waited for a good 20/25 minutes. The team member gave me a refund for having to wait so long. What could have been a frustrating and negative experience turned out to be a good one.
